We would certainly stay at this location again when in the area.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent a lot of choices for both myself and wife. We both like different things and both of us were very satisfied. Coffee was excellent.

I would stay here again because the room was clean and friendly staff
Pros:

I am currently trying to sleep again tonight but the people at night go in and out , slamming the door over and over. At this moment people are outside my door being very loud. When I first got here two dogs tried to attack me , the owners didn’t call them until I got to my car. The hotel itself without those issues was really good. Nice and clean room, affordable, and staff is friendly.

good room for now; useless "coffee"

new place, the rooms were fine. HOWEVER, I issue a warning. The coffee was weak - a strange cost cutting measure. If this cost cutting continues in all areas, this place will soon lose its appeal.
