Pour cette catégorie de prix, il est étonnant que les chambres ne sont nettoyées que tous les deux jours. Heureusement, nous sommes arrivés le bon jour et notre chambre était nettoyée à l’arrivée.

I was always judge a hotel on would I stay here again and the answer is an emphatic yes.
Pros:

On arrival we were greeted by exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Our room was ready and I had sent specific requirements ahead of time and they were met without issue.

Flemming's hotel is the perfect location for everything in Frankfurt, a short walk to the shopping district and a number of museums and city locations to visit.

There is a really nice restaurant attached just beside reception that does excellent food and the staff are also all very friendly and helpful. I didn't have the breakfast in the hotel as I prefer to have the option to try something different each morning and there are plenty of options close by.

Pros:

De centrale ligging en de onderliggende parkeergarage zijn goed bevallen. De kamers zijn redelijk ruim en eengratis fles water bij aankomst wordt zeker gewaardeerd.

Cons:

Onze kamers waren bij aankomst niet klaar, het was erg warm op de war gedateerde kamer en de douchecabine staat midden in de kamer (deze functioneerde goed verder, maar het blijft toch een bijzondere gewaarwording).

Pros:

I have to change my date of stay because of a very imporant reason but they refused it although the hotel was available. They charged one night that we could not use . So I had to book a new reservation. Air conditioning was not working they just gave us a fan. With that price you may choose another hotel.

Great breakfast buffet on the rooftop.
Their Paternoster elevator was worth a ride.
You can't be shy if you want to take a shower.😉

Lot's of nightlife in the area, which can be disturbing if you sleep with an open window.

Bonjour,

Lors de ma réservation, j’avais expressément demandé une chambre avec une belle vue (“nice view”). Cependant, à mon arrivée, le réceptionniste m’a attribué une chambre avec une vue très désagréable donnant sur la cour intérieure de l’hôtel, où l’on ne voyait que la saleté laissée par les oiseaux.

Le plus grave a été durant la nuit : lorsque j’ai essayé de dormir, j’ai constaté un problème électrique au niveau de la tête de lit ainsi que du meuble de télévision. Un bruit anormal provenant de l’installation électrique était clairement audible. J’ai immédiatement signalé ce problème à la réception. Le responsable est alors venu sur place, et je lui ai demandé de changer de chambre, car je ne pouvais pas rester dans ces conditions et je craignais pour ma sécurité ainsi que pour ma santé.

Le responsable m’a ensuite proposé une deuxième chambre. J’ai donc dû rassembler toutes mes affaires et déplacer ma valise. La chambre était certes plus spacieuse, mais malheureusement sans climatisation fonctionnelle. Le climatiseur était hors service et, selon le responsable, c’était la seule chambre encore disponible. Il était extrêmement difficile de passer la nuit dans une chambre fermée à Francfort avec une température avoisinant les 30 degrés.

Le lendemain soir, après ma visite touristique de la ville, j’ai dû faire une deuxième réclamation. L’hôtel m’a alors proposé une troisième chambre. J’ai donc été contrainte de déplacer mes affaires une seconde fois afin d’obtenir finalement une chambre avec climatisation fonctionnelle. Cependant, cette chambre présentait également un problème : les rideaux ne couvraient pas correctement les fenêtres, laissant entrer la lumière du jour dès l’aube, ce qui a fortement perturbé mon sommeil.

Par conséquent, je suis malheureusement très déçue de mon séjour, d’autant plus que j’avais effectué ma réservation bien à l’avance et demandé une chambre confortable avec une vue agréable.
