Tolles Stadthotel mit verbesserungsbedürftigem Hauskeeping

Super Lage. Tolle Dachterasse mit wunderbaren Blick zum Frühstück und zum Abends Cocktailtrinken. Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolle Architektur des Gebäudes.

Cons:

Wir haben das Zimmer nicht gereinigt bekommen und neue Handtücher nur auf Nachfrage bekommen. Nur eine Kaffeekapsel pro Person und nur ein Milchpäckchen im Zimmer. Ziemlich geizig für ein so gutes Hotel. Keine Pflege Produkte im Zimmer.

Zimmer in der letzten Ecke des Hotels und dann noch rauchgeruch! Haben zwar Zimmer gewechselt aber war immer noch hässlich und in der letzten Ecke des Hotels und das für 170€ die Nacht
Dazu war auch noch das Restaurant zu, worüber wir im Vorhinein nicht informiert wurden und eines der Gründe war, warum ich das Hotel gewählt hatte

Solides Hotel mit schönem Ausblick und guter Lage
Pros:

Perfekte Lage und schöner Ausblick. Auch der Paternosteraufzug war ein kleines Highlight.

Cons:

Leider war das Bett recht unbequem (durchgelegen), der Teppich sehr fleckig (auch die Flure) und man musste erst 8 Etagen runterfahren, um dann mit einem anderen Aufzug wieder 7 Etagen zum Frühstück zu fahren.
Darüber hinaus kann ist das Frühstück für Veganer nur ausreichend. Keine Wurst- oder Käsealternativen, kein Sojayioghurt oder ähnliches. Man hätte sich "vorher melden" sollen. In 2026 sollte das auch ohne Absprache funktionieren (siehe bspw. MotelOne oder andere Hotels in Frankfurt).

Es war OK… für rund 130.- Euro hätte es ein bisschen besser sein können.
Pros:

DieStandort, der Ausblick

Cons:

Personal ist freundlich und professionell aber immer nur im Rahmen des Notwendigen.
Das Restaurant im Hotel war ausgebucht, ein Rat zu Alternative gab es nicht.

Man erlebt/sieht Spuren von Abnutzung…z.B. sind die Polster der Bänke und Stühle im Restaurant so durchgesessen, dass man zu tief versinkt.

Ausstattung im Bad ist eher sparsam…

Top gelegenes , super sauberes ,top modernes Haus mit Super Rooftop Restaurant

Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und extrem schnell , Rooftop Bar/Restaurant mit tollem Ausblick auf die Frankfurter City mittendrin.

Cons:

Parkhaus viel zu klein , es war bei unserer Ankunft an einem Samstag Spätnachmittags komplett besetzt.
