Vieles hat uns gut bis sehr gut gefallen

Cons:

Für uns ist die einsichtige Duschkabine (und überhaupt das nicht separate Badezimmer) ein Problem. Wir verstehen nicht, warum die Duschkabine nicht wenigstens mit Milchglas undurchsichtig gestaltet wurde. Noch etwas: Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn Sie ihr Empfangspersonal in Sachen Ansprache von Transgender-Menschen besser schulen würden. Darüberhinaus muss auch nicht jede Person, die Sie als Mann oder Frau zu erkennen glauben, mit "mein Herr" oder "meine Dame" angesprochen werden.

Das Personal am Empfang hat offenbar keine Schulung darin, dem Gast das Gefühl eines Willkommenseins zu vermitteln. Es ist total unpersönlich. Ich finde auch, dass Nebenleistungen überteuert sind. Garage und das (sehr gute) Frühstück sind selbst für Frankfurter Verhältnisse teuer.
