We traveled with 4 children and depended on the pool for entertainment but was very disappointed.

We were traveling with 4 children and were told the pool was not working. Friday at check in, the front desk attendant told us the pool would be fixed Saturday and would then be open Saturday. The pool was not open and we were then told it hasn’t been open for months because the “levels are off.” I would like a phone call to discuss this.

Convenient, comfortable, and restful stopover with great staff
Pros:

Right off the highway, this is a great spot for a stop over stay when traveling. It was clean and comfortable, and all of the staff were fantastic.

Cons:

Honestly I can only think of petty things like the eggs were too runny at the breakfast buffet or the fact that the pool was closed for maintenance. Everything that really mattered was great.
