Room size was great, facilities were clean, breakfast amazing, hospitality A+.
Pros:

Breakfast was the highlight of our stay included meats eggs dairies and grains, loved the waffle maker and coffee selections. Their room service was quick in response to requests, did not bother you otherwise ( respects privacy). Room was huge but the supplies weren't catering to the amount of guests we booked for. Shampoo, conditioner and bodywash quality was awesome, no tangles or dry hair and skin.

Cons:

Parking was very tight late at night, hot tub could have been hotter, bathtub water pressure was low so filling the tub took forever. Not enough toilet paper and towels initially, needed to request more but they were quick in bringing what we needed. The sofa / sofa-bed was very worn not comfy at all, needs updating to a more commercial grade that doesn't sink easily.

Great service at La Ouinta Inn and Suits.
Pros:

Great place to stay, new construction and helpful well trained staff. All the amenities are right here, continental breakfast, workout room and easy parking.

Great location
Pros:

The room was very nice and at a great price. St. George is a great location close to Zion, which was where we had come from visiting. The breakfast was delicious and very conveniently located by the front door so we were able to grab a quick bite before heading home. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room in the room. There were a lot of choices on where to go for dinner, as the hotel is nearby many different restaurants.

None. It was a great experience.

The room was clean, and the TV channel selection was very good. The breakfast options were excellent. The woman who checked us in was very friendly and incredibly helpful.
