Pros:

First floor of hotel
The cleaning crew was exceptionally friendly

Cons:

The new manager at this hotel was lacking any customer service skills. Check-in was a huge hassle due to booking issues with a new employee that had handled it, dont blame her though I believe the lack of training was probably the reason. She made a mistake & the manager felt the need to reprimand in front of everyone as we were checking in. The manager was rude, unprofessional & no concern for customers. Job went to her head if you asked me! Also first time ever in any hotel we were made to leave the pool area for the simply reason my grandchildren were not registered guest.

Best SnowCation Ever! I'm Doin Every Blizzard
Pros:

Snowed in During The Huge Snow Storm, Best Decision Ever, I Stayed 3 Days and Enjoyed My Entire Stay. The Staff Was Excellent Alexus Stuck Out The Most She Was Really Pleasant, Tentative, And Caring, Breakfast was Yummy, Unlimited Coffee and The Pool Temp Was Perfect. I Also Met Management Tori and I Had to Compliment Her On Alexus and How Great My Stay Was I'm Definitely Coming Back

It was fine, but could have been better.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. They had a good selection. The omelets were dried out on one side but the rest of the omelet was good. The potatoes were very spicy in places, like the seasonings were not tossed in very well. I also wish they had larger cups for the coffee to take it on the go. The cups were small and just held a 8-10 oz. The dark roast carafe was empty when I got there and there wasn't a staff member handy to ask for it to be refilled. I didn't try anything else.

Cons:

There was a large piece of a cracker or some kind of food on the floor between the beds. The rest of the room was pretty clean. However, the TV did not work at all. The remote would not turn it on and when I finally found the power button on the underside of the screen, it just kept saying it could not connect. I called the front desk who said another room was having a similar problem and thought perhaps there was a hotel-wide issue. She advised I should try it again later. When I went to get ice, I could hear TV's playing in other rooms, so I think it was just some TV's in some rooms not working. I did not complain again and the TV never did work for the rest of my stay. I arrived later in the evening and just wanted to watch an hour of TV as I got ready for bed. After being on the road for several days, it was going to be my first opportunity to put my feet up and relax. It wasn't exactly a deal breaker, but it was very annoying.

Everything was fine aside from minor faults . Understanding it was a busy time .

Had to ask 2 times for towels and my room wasn’t done fully . Had to take the garbage out and make the bed .

One of the better Hampton Inns I have stayed at.
Pros:

The hotel was well maintained and the staff was nice. I had a good stay.

Cons:

The location was not particularly attractive. The hotel site was great but the surrounding area wasn't.

It’s a quality place and comfortable place to stay

Cons:

Nothing they couldn’t have done anything better. I was very happy and content. I love staying at the Hampton Inn.

Pros:

We were traveling to Utica to have Thanksgiving dinner with one branch of my wife's extended family.

The Hotel was a 7 minute drive from dinner...on ONE road! Can't beat that.

We checked in late; no issues. Parking was a breeze. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the HVAC worked perfectly, and coffee the next morning was very good. Hot water for my shower was plentiful. "Fit for purpose", as the Brits say.
