Pros:

Si può fare check in e check out dal telefono, senza fare file o attendere alla reception. Il nostro treno era in ritardo e siamo arrivati tardi e stanchi: è bastato fare il check in online e la stanza si poteva aprire dal telefono! Acqua omaggio in stanza, stanza grande e bagno grande con una bellissima doccia. L'hotel non è in pieno centro ma è in una zona dove c'è tutto e dove potete muovervi con facilità.

Nice and clean
Pros:

The location is great, right next to the bus stop, the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and there's complimentary coffee in the lobby between 1 pm and 9 pm.

Cons:

It would be nice to have tea/coffee makers or kettles in the rooms.

El personal en recepción, lo mejor!
Pros:

En mi opinión, lo mejor fue el personal, en específico 2 mujeres que atendieron nuestras dudas de forma muy amable, con un plus muy importante que hablaban español.
