Cleaness, food ,coffee, service
Great customer service
Room was very clean, the towels were very rough and small. The couch was nice but we needed a chair other than the hard office chair. Really loved the TV station list. We would definitely stay there again.
Everything was good except the coffee was like if it was only water.

Beautiful stone property. Office seemed to be unstaffed often. Breakfast is minimal.
Breakfast could be better. Biscuits and gravy, biscuits and bagels , sausage or bacon. Better coffee!

The way the rooms are designed the A/C turns the bedroom into freezer to make the bedroom and sitting room tolerable. Very clean and well kept.
A/C can't keep up, room can't cool down, only one unit by bed, hot bed & no hot water, not a continential breakfast & the staff didn't close the door after leaving the room
Communication was good. Front staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Room was big and comfy to stay in. Very clean too.
Great place. Fantastic hospitality. The reclaimed wood is very impressive, tv a bit old with no guide makes it a bit challenging. Beautiful grounds, the best burger joint across the street. Affordable for sure.
Bathroom outdated but for a suite you can't go wrong. Highly recommend Days in Llano Tx.
We had an unplanned stop bc of weather. The room was comfy, roomy and excellent internet. Gotta say though, breakfast was below avg for price range.
