Lovely hotel and beautiful rooms

Great location, bed is awesome. Rooftop bar is great too

Our first time staying on the club floor. If you're traveling with a group, it's worth the extra investment to have access to the club lounge. There's snacks, drinks, games, and enough space for everyone to spread out with comfort. My only gripe is there's no microwave to heat up food. Also the breakfast bar should stay open until 10:00 a.m. since check out is not until 11:00 a.m.

The location is great in terms of walking to restaurants and bars.

I absolutely love staying at the Sheraton Columbia Downtown Hotel. Every time I’m in Columbia, this is where I stay because the experience is consistently incredible. The level of customer service here is truly top tier.

The valet team is always welcoming and professional, and the rooftop staff are fantastic, but what really makes this hotel special is the front desk team. Louis and Mykeshia (I apologize if I’m spelling her name wrong) are truly exceptional. They always remember me when I come in, greet me like family, and make sure I’m taken care of every single time. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare, and they make such a difference in the overall experience.

Because of people like them, this hotel genuinely feels like home when I’m away. The entire staff goes above and beyond, and it’s clear they take pride in making guests feel welcome and valued. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The room was cozy and very comfortable. Nice and bright bathroom though could have used some extra counter space. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room and common areas were very clean however the window in the room could have used some cleaning. Very convenient location! Close to shopping and dining.

This is one of our go-to spots every time we visit our daughter at USC. The rooms are consistently cozy and clean, and the staff are always so welcoming and accommodating. We love the central downtown location, and ending the night with a drink at the rooftop bar has become a favorite tradition of ours."

Great experience overall. Clean room that was larger than I thought. Great rooftop lounge that served amazing food. Very friendly staff! This might be one. of the nicest Sheratons I've ever stayed in.

Room situated near ice machine - was too noisy all night

I needed a luggage cart to take cases down on checkout and staff couldn’t find one nor could they find a member of staff to help me so had to make 4 journeys

Love the vault for cozy afternoon drink before dinner. Bartender was amazing. Rooms can use some TLC, but king size bed and spacious large bathroom.

It was very pleasurable experience having to spend over 30 days while I transitioned in to a new job. The General manager, Soli Brattanatawira was always helpful to meet specific needs.
