Mooie badkamer en goed restaurant met bar. Gelijk lekker aan het strand kunnen liggen op een ligbed. Zekers de moeite waard om hier je verblijf te boeken

Pros:

Close to airport. Has a restaurant and bar. On the beach.

Cons:

Bed was very noisy, squeaking everytime you moved. Bathroom had a weird step up to enter, very much a tripping hazard. Shower knows hard to turn. Room needed upgrading.

On the beach hotel
Pros:

By the beach location, a legendary establishment near the airport & walking distance (15 mins) to restaurants. Large size room & king size bed. Nice beach. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Our room (102) was near the kitchen so we smelled the cooking exhaust most of the time & noisy. Overpriced for what’s on offer. The room was dusty & lacked professional cleaning. Aging facility. Small balcony.

Short and sweet
Pros:

The room was beautiful and colourful. The view of the beach and sunsets from my balcony were amazing. I loved all the animals that were around the property.

Cons:

There was still leftover trash in my room from previous people so I feel the room could have been cleaner.

A Nightmare

The restaurant gave us a pleasant lunch.

Cons:

This basement room was directly below an active construction zone that operated throughout the night. Power tools and the moving of heavy equipment/whatever was going on until past three o'clock in the morning (impossible to sleep) and the only person on staff was a security guard (no resolution). We were not warned, there was no apology, the staff could not have cared less. Cleaning started right up in the hotel equipment closet next to our room at 7am This place was everyone total and complete nightmare - they simply did not provide the ONE THING a hotel does for it's guests - provide a place TO SLEEP. If you stay here, better hope there is no problem, because they literally could not care less about their guests.

Cons:

Renovierungsbedürftiger Raum. Rollos kaputt. Wasserkocher kaputt. Abfluss Dusche verstopft.Kofferhalter zerbrochen. Deckenlicht in Toilette defekt. Angeblicher Balkon nur Aussengang zu anderem Zimmer ohne Privatsphäre und Platz. Das Hotel ist abgewohnt und steht in keinem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Pros:

Good location for walking to Maho beach and Maho area, the room was very clean, the restaurant food was excellent, nice and close to the airport.

We booked a "Beach Front King" where the pictures on the listing showed you could walk down a few steps from the room right onto the beach however we were given a room on the second floor on the other side of the hotel that only had a small queen bed (it was a Murphy bed that folded up into the wall with a memory foam mattress that was hot to sleep on). The room had a beach view but was not on the beach front and we asked for the room we had booked but they wouldn't change. Two days during our stay while we were watching the sunset from the loungers on the beach they shut the bar on the beach and staff asked everyone to move as they put the loungers away for the night. This spoiled the atmosphere and we suggest you keep the beach bar open until after the sun has set and then put the loungers away allowing guests to enjoy and finish a drink while watching the sunset.

Pros:

Nice resort on the beach of beautiful Simoson’s Bay, just beside the runway of the busy airport - it was interesting to watch private and public jets’, airplanes ‘ takoff and landing, of course there was noise.
