Hotel Montaigne & Spa

J adore cett hôtel. Je me sens comme a la maison. Ma chambre au 7 eme étage très cosy. Le matin un super petit dej et spa.

Hotel is a good choice hotel off the main harbour of Cannes quite comfortable, staff are friendly only issues we had was first night at accommodation we were woke up by a violent fight in the corridor, then when we upgraded to a suite the rooms safe was broken staff fixed it however bathroom drains didn't seem to be flowing very well

C’est vendu comme un 4* mais c’est au mieux un 3* médiocre

Pas de balcon alors que j’avais reservé pour ça, c’était sur les photos de l’annonce

Télé qui fonctionne mal

Meubles sales et abîmés

Pas de portant pour les serviettes

Coussins en plastique

Rien pour se restaurer à part du snacking

J’ai dû payer près de 20 euros pour une nuit au parking sous terrain à proximité

En pleine nuit (23,30h), notre porte été déforcée:
La clé de la chambre a été donné a 2 autres personnes, qui sont venues dans la nuit envoyées par du personnel de la réception de l’ hôtel!!
Le matin quand nous demandons la raison de cette intrusion, le réceptionniste nous explique que « ça arrive » (!) parce que après 22h il n’y avait plus du personnel de hôtel pour faire Check in . Le surveillant de l’ hôtel a fait Check in avec la liste des chambres libres fournie par l’hôtel , donc, notre chambre était dans la liste??
Ceci est inadmissible , surtout pour un hôtel classe 4 étoiles.
ceci d’autant plus que le lavabo était à moitié bouche, avec écoulement des eaux insuffisant, et que les eaux des toilettes fuyaient dans arrêt, pas de dépannage après 4 jours de séjours!! Le Shampoing n’est fourni qu un jour sur deux!
L’hôtel Montaigne, ne mérite pas la classification de 4 étoiles.

Excellent service and clean room

Je n’ai pas eu la chambre prévue ! J’ai payé pour une junior suite avec terrasse et j’ai eu une chambre deluxe ! J’ai fait un signalement à la direction des fraudes. Le personnel a été méprisant quand j’ai contesté ils ont appelé la police qui fasse aux documents que j’ai fournis ont constate l’infraction mais ils n’ont pu m’obtenir une autre chambre

Stayed for 4 nights yhen extended for another day when we extended we upgraded was disapointed as the plug didnt fit the jacuzzi bath and had to get maintenance to come and fix the safe did not work and had to be repaired the bed was smaller than the last room and this is an upgrade also the settee was also marked and could do with a clean and aircon didnt wotk as well in this room when speeking to staff at reception she did t seem bothered and confrontation towards me and then as i walked back towards lifts she was calling me to other members of staff very unprofessional and i wony be using your hotel again

J'ai été déçu car j'ai bien réservé le parking. En arrivant, on m'annonce que le parking est en travaux. Même pas un geste commercial pour palier aux frais élevés du parking au alentour de l'hotel et pas prévus.

J'ai adoré

The property was very good. The location 5 mins walk for train and bus stations. A ten minute walk to beach, restaurants and other attractions. Staff, was welcoming, professionals, and had a great knowledge of things to do in the area and restaurants to eat at. What I didn't like was the room's air conditioner was leaking water from the ceiling on to the floor, wardrobe closet and behind the door to room #701. I placed towels on the floor notify the front desk. When I returned from my day out on the town, the same towel was on the floor and the AC was still leaking.It obvious they did nothing to address the issue, and didn't offer to move me another room.....

Very centrally located hotel in a quiet area just 5 min walking distance to the Bd de la Croisette. Nice lounge area with coffe/drinks. Spacious rooms with all amenities needed.

I did not try the breakfast or used the spa facilities. For breakfast we used the nearby cafees.
