Magnifique séjour!
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant et toujours à l’écoute des clients. Chambre spacieuse et très confortable, agencée avec goût. Le spa est agréable et le petit-déjeuner copieux et délicieux!

Cons:

La climatisation ne fonctionne pas bien dans la salle du petit-déjeuner, et pourrait être un peu plus fraîche dans la chambre.

La salle de sport, le sauna et la piscine. Petit déjeuner copieux, à volonté.

Cons:

Pas de clim et pas de piscine extérieure. La piscine intérieure, spa et sauna ne sont accessibles qu'une heure par jour. Les chambres ont besoin d'un rafraichissement. Tout est sale et vieillot !

Convinient location, clean apartment, friendly staff,

Cons:

The housekeeping had forgotten to make the sofa bed for the kids, but did it during our dinner so not a problem. The hotel could not offer parking, but there is large parking carage next to the train station, two blocks from the hotel. The spa is not allowed for kids, it would be nice if there was at least a couple of hours a day a time slot when kids could use the spa. Air conditioning was not very effective to cool the entire apartment on a hot night.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Pros:

We booked a room at this hotel for almost a week and our overall experience was excellent.

The hotel’s location was perfect, the room was clean and spacious and a special thank you to Rachid who was always friendly, helpful and available whenever we needed assistance.
