Pros:

Расположение, персонал, завтрак

Cons:

Кондиционер дул прямо на кровать, было прохладно. Из номера мы не могли регулировать температуру.

Ringrazio Stefan e Teodora alla reception non solo per l'eccellente servizio, ma anche per avermi fatto conoscere un po' di aspetti delle cultura bulgara.

Pros:

Czystość, często sprzątane pokoje, miły personel, ładne wnętrza. Mega wygodne łóżka. Duża łazienka.

Cons:

Śniadania to porażka, zdecydowanie najsłabszy punkt pobytu. Marnej jakości składniki i ubogi wybór.
Dzień w dzień to samo bez najmniejszych zmian. Po marce Radisson spodziewałem się zupełnie czegoś innego.
Minus również za dodatkowe opłaty za saunę. W dobrych hotelach jest to już w cenie dla gości hotelowych.
Hotel przy dużym węźle drogowym i przez to bardzo głośno przy otwartym oknie.
Brak lodówki w pokoju.

Pros:

Чистий готель, зручне розташування, дуже смачний і різноманітний сніданок.

Cons:

Було прохолодно а готелі. На вулиці у день перебування було погана погода а в номері не регулювався климатичний контроль.

Very comfortable. Couple of small changes would have made it excellent.
Pros:

It was newly renovated, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was good, it included a bath. The bed was comfortable and large. We only had it once, but the breakfast was good - plenty of choice and variety.

Cons:

On the day we arrived, the bar and restaurant were unavailable because of a private function. We were told we could order room service but in the menu it said to allow 30 minutes for anything to arrive so we ended up getting a sandwich from the petroleum station across the road as we were in a hurry.
The superior room we booked had too much road noise for my light sleeper husband so they moved us to a regular room - it was just a bit smaller and a bit quieter.
