pagué 2 habitaciones de lujo y me dieron una normal y una de lujo, protesté y me dijo que eran iguales, le pedí que me enseñara otra y se comprobó que eran distintas, le dije entonces que me devolviera la diferencia de precio y me dijo que no se podía que era el mismo precio, le enseñé que no, al final me enseñó otra habitación de lujo pero daba a un patio interior y no la quisimos le pedí ver la otra que quedaba y no quisieron, total que al final ni me devolvieron la diferencia ni me dieron otra habitación de las mismas condiciones, es lo único malo que he visto del hotel, las luces eran muy liosas a veces se encendía a veces no se apagaban...

Çok merkezi noktada, metro ve görülmesi gereken tarihi yapılar yürüme mesafesinde. Alışveriş olanakları ve sokak yürüyüşleri için harika bir yer. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, yardımsever, özellikle kahvaltı salonundaki personele ilgilerinden dolayı ayrıca çok teşekkür ediyorum. İlaç muhafaza etmek için buz istedik, hemen yardımcı oldular, kendilerine çok çok teşekkür ediyoruz.
Dikkatli olmazsanız duş alırken su kabin dışına akabilir. İlk kaldığım gece ana asansör 2. kat kapısı kullanım dışı kaldı. Bu katta kalan misafirler ya 1. katta inip diğer asansör ile yukarı çıkmak zorundaydı. Ya da 3. kata çıkıp diğer asansör ile 2. kata inmek zorunda kaldı.

Location was fabulous as was the connected Greek restaurant. Also the see through flower design on the bathroom door was beautiful.
Honestly everything was good.
I was disappointed not with the hotel but with Booking.com because when I made the booking I had the impression that breakfast was included. When I arrived I found it was not. The way the information was presented was misleading.
A coffee maker was absent. It could have easily been provided.
