The room facilities were rather poor, broken shower, broken bathroom ventilation, no kettle. Broken lift. Table old and stained, walls stained.

Das Hotel war sehr schön, wunderbare Lage mitten in der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich schön dekoriert und der offene, begehbare Schrank ist super.
Leider gibt es kein Buffet zum Frühstück, dafür kann man zwischen ca. 8 Frückstücksmenüs wählen die serviert werden.
Bell'hotel in una posizione invidiabile, sulla vitosha boulevard. Quindi comodissimo per raggiungere tutte le location che la città offre. Unica pecca: suddividere la colazione in tipologie (continental, natural, english, etc) perché ci sono cibi che vanno bene per una persona e non per l'altra. Questo secondo me è un argomento da rivedere ma per il resto tutto bene

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. You are at epicenter of everything in town. Rooms are large, cleanliness and comfort are impeccable. Overall, it is an excellent choice when staying in Sofia.

Frustuck war in Ordnung. Mann musste bestellen und hat so um zehn Variationon zur auswahl. Kaffe war gut. Lage ist sehr gut. Es war ein grosses Zimmer und sehr grosses Badezimmer. Badezimmer so schön blumig dekoriert. Restaurant sah sehr cozy und gemutlich aus.
Zimmer und das Restoran sind schön, aber der Eingang sieht nicht so einladend aus. Das Badezimmer war sehr gross und schön, aber niergendwo Plaz für Kosmetika, keine Ablage. Kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer.
