I was disappointed not with the hotel but with Booking.com because when I made the booking I had the impression that breakfast was included. When I arrived I found it was not. The way the information was presented was misleading.
A coffee maker was absent. It could have easily been provided.

El Tamaño de la Habitación super grande, y cómoda. La bañera un sueño hecho realidad.
Se escuchaba Música hasta las 00:00 de la noche, no nos dejaba dormir. Resulta que era del Restaurante Griego de abajo....una pena pq no puedes dormir hasta las tantas.
The location was great. The bed was comfortable.
The shower was broken. The bathtub wasn't practical either. Too many mirrors in the bathroom. The elevator didn't work.

Great location and great staff, specious room and nice bathroom.
Surprisingly the breakfast was not a buffet but limited selection of specific dishes, bed linens were not changed for 4 nights stay.

Mer centralt går inte att bo precis vid Vitosha gågatan. Litet boutiquehotell utan lobby. Fräscha rum med lite annorlunda design. God frukost med bra kvalitet men man får enbart välja från en definierad frukostmeny i restaurang, vägg i vägg.
Vid hade utsikt mot innergård (ventilationsrör). Tyst rum dock vilket kanske inte är fallet vid rum mot gågata. Receptionen trång när det är många som ska checka in/ut.

Le stanze piccole e non pulitissime, l'acqua fornita solo il primo giorno dopo di che a pagamento. L'hotel è abbastanza vecchiotto.
La colazione non è a buffet ma c'è un menù con poche opzioni sulla quale scegliere una sola opzione a persona.
