Pros:

The king size bed was AWESOME

Cons:

Sofa bed was uncomfortable and not what I was thinking or what I thought I had got online. No microwave in the room, not enough towels or coffee had to ask for a bunch more. Windows didn't open. Small size room for price.

Cons:

The sheets were a little scratchy, they ran out of TP the first morning had to buy a roll until they got more!
The restaurant ran out of the lobster roll early on Friday night!

Not even close to what I expected.
Pros:

The guys that handled the parking were very helpful as I had my handicapped wife and our Boston Terrier.

Cons:

I live only 8 miles away and did this one night stay to have a wonderful dinner. I called ahead about dinner told them my wife was in a nursing home and was handicapped. I told them dinner was the most important part of our trip and made a reservation. When we went to dinner we were not greeted with kindness from the hostess I had to tell her we had a reservation. A nurse at the nursing home went over the menu with her and they had some great meals including T-Bone 🥩 and Lobster 🦞. We were given a burger menu and alcohol menu and were told that was what we had a choice from. At first I didn’t see anyone ordering much more than an appetizer. But before we left the people were getting both menus including the one with some great dinners. I did get an apology from one of the waitress. I told her I was really upset we never got the dinner menu she apologized and said there was always next year. There is only one chance to enjoy a 50th anniversary. So I spent a lot of money to have burgers for dinner. Our reservation was at 5:30 and was told that was a dinner time not lunch. When I left I told the hotel how disappointed I was they took something small off the bill without telling me how much. I again told them dinner was the most important thing to me. So devastated and bottom line I spent a ton of money to celebrate our 50th anniversary with a handicapped wife to only get a burger. I should be Reimbursed for my stay.

Pros:

Location and housekeeping staff are always very friendly. The attached breakfast cafe is also a plus.

Cons:

I didn't like the rooms on the south side that were close to the rooftop music and bar. But that's just location. It was just noisier this time.

How close to the beach the room was. the room was great.

Cons:

Not much information was given during check in about pool location, avaiblily of beach chairs & unbrellas . The food was not worth the price & service was bad.

Do not waste your money here
Pros:

Honestly nothing it’s was a terrible stay

Cons:

Everything terrible setup rooms sucked and now I’m being charged for things I never knew about even after I checked out I was told o weed nothing
