Honest Seasonal State To State Travelers.
Pros:

Booked a Five day stay On the day of arrival there was an issue.Customer Care was notified and made no effort whatsoever to correct the problem. We were simply told that they understood the issue.There are so many lovely hotels in the surrounding areas we sincerely suggest you shop around.
In our humble opinion the customer care in this hotel is the worst we ever in all our travels encountered and we travel often.

Pros:

Location is great. Feels a bit dated but everything was clean, check in was easy, staff was friendly.

Cons:

The only thing i didn’t like was our room shared a wall with the hallway to the pool. It was pretty loud at times but next time I know to request any room but that one!

Stellar Staff makes this place great.
Pros:

This hotel has the greatest staff in the world. I love the beach so I visit anytime of year and the thing I look forward to is seeing the awesome people that work there. The rooms are nice, the food is great, the bar is fun, the drinks are great but the staff is stellar.

First visit of 2026
Pros:

Our first visit back to the Ashworth in 2026 was fantastic. Although when we arrived, Ron was not working we received a family like reception as always. This time we were welcomed at the front desk by Tatianna Bryant.

Tatianna was so professional and true pleasure to meet. Check in was a breeze, the room was immaculate and so comfortable.

Thank you Tatianna and the Ashworth. We will definitely be back.

Tatiana Bryant is who checked me in and she was accomidating !!
Pros:

Tatiana Bryant was the one who greeted me when I came in she knew exactly who I was and called me by my first name she was so sweet and absoulutley amazing at her job the first room she put me in was not cleaned she apologized multiple times and accomidated me with another room and into a bigger room the room was extremely clean and so beautiful!! The couple times I did go downstairs thru the lobby she was cleaning something mopping answering phones and handling questions s from customers I haven't had this kind of customer service in a long time and she did it with a smile she is a complete Rockstar thank you Tatianna for making my stay feel so welcoming !! If I could give more than a 5 ☆ review on her customer service it would be 100❤️❤️

Pros:

Location was awesome! The room was decent and clean. Second time I spent in a front balcony room and it definitely feels like these rooms are better taken care of than other rooms. Staff was friendly and kind. Great service at both Warfside Cafe and the Rooftop Sandbar. The valet guys are great as well. I feel comfortable and safe here. Employees do a great job taking care of everyone.

Cons:

Price is still a bit much for the value, though this time of year I admit the nightly stay price wasn’t as bad as expected. However dining prices for breakfast and drinks a bit much. The prices for the drinks were outrageous considering how small they were. The bartender was great but $16 for a small cup? Also had issue with pre check in site. It’s glitchy and not the first time I struggled getting a card through. It worked out well in the end but last two stays made me nervous that something was wrong with my card or that there was a security breech. Try to make this experience a little bit stress free!
