Pros:

Location and housekeeping staff are always very friendly. The attached breakfast cafe is also a plus.

Cons:

I didn't like the rooms on the south side that were close to the rooftop music and bar. But that's just location. It was just noisier this time.

How close to the beach the room was. the room was great.

Cons:

Not much information was given during check in about pool location, avaiblily of beach chairs & unbrellas . The food was not worth the price & service was bad.

Honestly nothing it’s was a terrible stay

Cons:

Everything terrible setup rooms sucked and now I’m being charged for things I never knew about even after I checked out I was told o weed nothing

The conveniency of so close to the beach.

Cons:

The cost is not worth the hotel. Sand all in the room including the fold out couch and toilet broken.

Disappointing experience.
Pros:

The facility was way understaffed at bar/restaurants and couldn't get extra towels and no maid service for our two night stay.

Pros:

Everything was awesome, except the pullout couch mattress was very uncomfortable. It also had plastic around the mattress and no sheets were provided for it so I bought a blowup mattress and it was far more comfortable.

Cons:

The couch mattress. Plus the fact that its wrapped in plastic which is not really safe. Other than that we had thr best time and all your staff were fantastic. The other thing i would have wanted was a fresh water pool.

Check in, valet parking went well. Requested early check in, but only 1 of our 2 rooms was ready.
Pros:

The location was good. The staff was friendly and nice. The valet parking worked well. Our rooms were clean and modern. On site dining was a plus.

Cons:

I found the hotel entrance was a bit small and not much room to maneuver when entering and exiting with luggage. I only found one ice machine and it was on the first floor. Another ice machine located on the second floor would have been nice.
