Very pleasant stay. Close to everything and comfy beds.
Pros:

Had a lovely view from the room and also a small balcony.
Meals were outstanding and chef accommodated our gluten free diet.
Pleasant staff.
Beds were very comfortable and plenty of pillows.

Cons:

Hotel needs an upgrade though the furniture was fine.

Copthorne wellington escape from the farm life
Pros:

Staff are excellent! reception were open and listen to my concern regarding a patch of damp carpet from water escaping from the shower. It's now giving off an odor. Given an option to move rooms and a few drinks vouchers. Remediation very quick

Cons:

Not much not to like. Attentive staff both front of house. Restaurant manager is very open and engaging food drinks knowledge 👌 bar staff also house keeping staff very friendly smiling

Pros:

It's easy to get to, obvi great location, parking available but extra, of course. Great view over oriental.

Cons:

Can't complain stayed in the boujee room, but it's dated. If you want to have a bit of a vibe this ain't it. None of the room is oriented toward the view which is a bit weird. Just felt super old and hasn't been refurbed to keep with the times. The rooms lower down are more modern and make better use of the layout for the view.

Pros:

View was good, staff very accomodating and restaurant provided us with extra requirements we asked for so we could enjoy nibbles and food in our room.

Cons:

There could have had another seat for the little table in our room, We had one sofa seat by the bed and one seat to go with the table. There werent many wine glass and glass options in the room but the restaurant was happy to provide us with what we were missing.
