Breakfast on the weekend tastes like it was served up one too many times

The hotel decor was tired, carpets had huge threads hanging off in the dining room, water pressure and temperature in the shower was awful fluctuating significantly during a short wash

The pillows were surprisingly poor quality.
It would have been useful to know that the gym’s showers had no soap dispensers!

The parking needs a bigger car park and you have to travel to get to the parking some parts of the hotel need upgrading mainly hallways where rooms are
Excellent stay. Good was very good and comfortable, good views over Oriental Bay, strong shower. Night meal and breakfast both excellent as was the service. Parking is available both up by reception and across the road. Would stay here again.
