Don’t like the back entrance. It is very obscure. I preferred it when the reception was on Oriental Bay.

The room felt dated (especially the bathroom) - for the price, I expected more. I thought the $30 charge per night for on-site parking was steep, especially as we were staying for 3 nights. I'd suggest 2 nights paid and the remainder 'complimentary'. Also disappointed there was no flexibility with the hotel breakfast. We were after a light bite but it was either a cooked or full continental option only - nothing in between - so we opted for a coffee shop downstairs (which was lovely). I'm not sure I would choose to stay again.

Location is a plus being close and able to walk to the Station, shops, beach etc.
Hotel is becoming tired with worn furniture & fittings, scuffed walls/corners, and in bathroom. This is a shame although part of hotel is being renovated so presume eventually the whole Hotel will be brought up to scratch
Good value hotel within walking distance of everything. Comfortable, spacious, clean room. Quiet.
