Pros:

The small partition to stop water spilling out when showering is too small and a joke!! Can’t really enjoy a short shower without the effort of drying the floor after. A very bad design!!!

I arrived in Tenerife by ferry and walked to NH Tenerife. Check-in was efficient, the staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast at the hotel was very good with many options. The hotel is close to many restaurants and close to the light rail line that goes to San Cristobal de La Laguna. I recommend this hotel and will stay there on my next visit to Tenerife.

Veldig bra beliggende hotell. Stille. Likte at hotellet ikke er så stort, så frokosten var lite stress. God frokost. Hvis jeg skal bemerke noe negativt, så har badet glassvindu vendt mot sengen, som gjør at man våkner når partner må skru på lyset for toilettbesøk om natten. Hotellet kan med fordel spikre vinduet med en dekkende plate.

I centrala Santa Cruz och gångavstånd till ALLT!
Prisvärt och exakt vad en soloresenär behöver.
Ofta får man ta ett dubbelrum men mitt rum var av helt lagom storlek med en bra säng för en.
Det pågår mycket aktiviteter pga jul men med stängt fönster blir det tyst!

Wir wurden an der Rezeption total freundlich empfangen und es wurde zuerst gleich einmal geholfen den Parkhauseingang mit dem Auto zu finden. Großen Lob, der netteste Rezeptionist den wir jemals in einem Hotel hatten!!

Ruhiges Zimmer obwohl man mitten in der Stadt ist, super gute Restaurant in kurzer Fußstrecke.

El Hotel está situado en la zona céntrica de Sta. Cruz, el acceso andando es cómodo. Además el personal es amable y la limpieza es innegable.
En el lado negativo, está algo anticuado y el aparcamiento cercano es complicado.

Clean property. Nice staff. I got in late and tired due to flight delays. Staff was very nice, gave me free room upgrade. Easy to get to by car, park in the underground garage at Plaza de España, 2-3 minute walk.

Un excellent hôtel
Pros:

Nous avons passé 1 nuit à cet hôtel qui était au delà de nos espérances.
La chambre est très propre, sobre et bénéficie de tout le confort (voire plus) de ce que l’on peut attendre d’un hôtel étoilé.
Le personnel est très accueillant, bref l’hôtel parfait pour séjourner à Santa Cruz. Nous recommandons à 200%
