Da presença de uma família com 7 elementos, muito barulhenta, sem princípios, totalmente desenquadrada do ambiente do hotel. Não gostei de ter tido muitas forrmigas na mesa de jantar e só tinha fruta em cima da mesa

Boa relação qualidade/preço
Pros:

A piscina interior aquecida é sempre um ponto a favor, a simpatia dos funcionários e a boa relação qualidade/preço. Uma óptima opção para famílias e os apartamentos também têm o necessário para uns dias de descanso

Cons:

O único ponto menos positivo é a questão da climatização da piscina interior. A água é quente mas a temperatura fora de água é sempre bastante fria, especialmente para quem tem crianças. A solução é fecharem a persianas que têm diretamente para exterior, é de facto muito desconfortável estar nesta época do ano dentro de água e estar a sentir corrente de ar frio. Uma das vezes sugerimos à funcionária que o fizesse, até acedeu ao pedido mas apenas numa das persianas, portanto o frio manteve-se. Fica a sugestão de manterem essas persianas fechadas, nos meses em que a temperatura ainda não é elevada

Nos gusto mucho el apartamento. Su comodidad. El staff muy atento en todo

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en modo caliente. La piscina cuando estuvimos estuvo muy fría el área, además que se puede considerar ampliar la hora de uso.

Es un hotel muy recomendable. Todo es muy nuevo y esta muy limpio. No puedo hablar del restaurante ya que no hice uso del mismo.

Inconvenient, insensitive and unfriendly.
Cons:

The desk called us on day 4 and told us they needed to inspect the room before checkout despite cleaning the room on day 1. The entire floor smelled of marijuana. We ran out of hot water after 1 shower. Booking.com also cancelled our reservation without first contacting us when our credit card was declined (my wife's purse was stolen, and that card had to be cancelled). We had to re-book with a different card (totally unacceptable).

Apartamento bom mas não consegui descansar
Cons:

Ar condicionado faz muito barulho
Fiquei indignado quando vi pessoas a cerca de dois metros da janela da sala aos gritos por estarem a ver jogo de futebol, não acho correto ser permitido o acesso a gente de fora!!
