schöne hotelanlage mit anscheinend überlasteten management .

schon zu anfang hatten wir das gefühl ,dass wir ungelegen kommen sind . die begrüssung war : "willkommen , ich muss kurz weg, setzen sie sich vor die reception , ich komme gleich wieder ". gekommen ist dann der sohn , auf dem weg zum zimmer erfuhren wir ,dass man zwischen 16:00 und 17:00 uhr das abendessen vorbestellen muss und obwohl es 16:30 war , kam wenig begeisterung wegen unserer vorbestellung auf . zum essen gab es keine speisekarte und man erklärte uns ,wir hätten früher vorbestellen sollen . mit dem worten "mal sehen was wir haben " wurde aber eine ausnahme gemacht . von den zwei angeboten entschieden wir uns für zwei suppen , zwei omlette und zwei glässer wein . da wir keine speisekarte bekamen erfuhren wir erst später ,dass das resteessen 77 € kostete . bad mit fenster zum wohnbereich , anstatt nach aussen . rechnung wurde erst nach mehrmaliger anfrage ausgehändigt .

Cogimos una super oferta para un fin de semana en pareja y todo de 10

Cons:

Deberían tener un bar abierto al menos hasta las 22:00 que de opción a poder cenar sin tener que reservar por la mañana hasta las 13:00 horas .

Entiendo que necesitan una previsión pero deberían encontrar una solución posible a esto pero por lo demás todo de 10.

Leider habe ich mich nicht willkommen gefühlt, eigentlich schade, da es an der Anlage nicht lag

Die Poollandschaft ist wirklich schön und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind sauber.

Cons:

Von der Belegschaft bei Frühstück ohne Begrüßung und in unangemessen Ton belehrt zu werden, dass man die Frühstückstische nicht verstellten darf, sodass man zu dritt an einem Tisch sitzen kann. Noch nicht mal, wenn man sie wieder zurück stellt. Damit war das Frühstück für mich gelaufen.

Hors saison, calme absolu car le site était très peu fréquenté. Endroit isolé, un portique d'entrée et un mur qui cerne l'ensemble pour une parfaite sécurité

Cons:

Die Unterkunft hatte einen starken penetranten unauffindbaren Geruch. Vielleicht war es Farbe von neu gestrichenen Wänden? Leider konnten wir niemanden mehr erreichen, um die Unterkunft zu wechseln.
Frühstück Basic, man sollte keine hohen Erwartungen stellen, jedoch auch nett zumindest etwas zum Frühstück zu bekommen.
