Senhora Ana Tavares super atenciosa, camareiras, todos os funcionários são o ponto forte do hotel!

- está perto 6 km de Lagos (mais movimentado)
- ao lado da praia de Luz
- e se quer ir ao povoado surfista e lindo 25 km Sagres
- em Sagres sugiro Alice gelato se quiser um sorvete caseiro
- Tasca de Sagres vista linda

Cons:

Apenas 3 pontos negativos do hotel:

1. Ser um hotel budista, sem estar informado na descrição
- tendo Buda em todos os lugares. Na recepção quase 10 Budas de todos os tipos e cores alem do cheiro de incenso e imagens egípcias,
- um grande Buda no meio da comida no café da manhã
- Isso deveria ser citado. Não é um hotel laico, isto é, comercial e sem religião. É um hotel budista
- A posição budista do hotel desconsidera que existem outras religiões e deveria ser citado no booking - se você não liga, ok.

2. O café da manhã é simples não é proporcional aos 15 € cobrados.
- O café é soluvel/ instantâneo
- sem bacon - sem panquecas - apenas duas opções de queijo fatiado

3. A cama de casal: pequena com colchão antigo de molas moles.
- não dava para dormir o casal, pois o colchão era muito mole e pequeno. Um se mexia o outro acordava
- Tive de dormir na cama de solteiro no outro quarto

Pros:

Wat ik echt geweldig vond, was de service en vooral de menselijkheid. En ik zal uitleggen waarom ik dat zo ervaar.

Ik had namelijk een fout gemaakt bij het boeken van mijn hotel. In mijn hoofd moest ik in de buurt van Manta Rota zitten, maar na een lange buitenrit dacht ik dat ik nog zo’n anderhalf uur moest rijden om mijn nieuwe locatie te bereiken. Toen bleek ineens dat het hotel op slechts vier minuten afstand lag. Ik had mij dus compleet vergist in mijn planning.

In plaats van moeilijk doen, hebben zij hier ontzettend soepel en begripvol op gereageerd. Ze hebben mijn extra geboekte nacht – eigenlijk mijn tweede nacht – kosteloos geannuleerd. Daardoor kon ik gewoon bij hen blijven overnachten en de volgende dag rustig de circa 115 kilometer rijden naar de plek waar ik vrijdag moest zijn. Dat voelde niet als “beleid”, maar als echte menselijkheid.

Ook de volgende ochtend was de service bij het ontbijt fantastisch. Ik was volgens mij de enige gast, en toch werd er speciaal voor mij een compleet ontbijt klaargemaakt: verse jus, eitjes gebakken, alles met zoveel vriendelijkheid en aandacht.

Dit zijn precies die kleine, menselijke dingen die het verschil maken. Dingen die je niet als vanzelfsprekend moet zien, maar oprecht mag waarderen binnen de hospitality.
Mijn dank hiervoor meen ik echt vanuit het hart.

Everything was perfect for the 2 nights! Great staff very friendly with the kids.
Pros:

The location, good breakfeast, very good staff.
The room was very nice, good space, confortable beds.
Everything is perfect for a 2 or 3 days stay.

Cons:

The refrigetor on the room is bit noisy, it could be a litle quiter.
The only way to have natural light on the room reduces considerably the privacy.

Pros:

Miesto mimo turstického ruchu, raňajky v poriadku a postačujúce

Cons:

Nedostali sme izbu ktorú sme si objednali ( čo som si vlastne všimol až po pobyte) , nemožnosť platby kartou nám bola oznámená textovou správou v deň pobytu, o stavebnom ruchu v okolí ( rekonštrukcia cesty) sme nevedeli vôbec. Odporúčam sa najesť mimo ubytovania, večera podpriemerná a predražená.
