Cons:

The desk attendant tried to charge me 100 dollar deposit that was not mentioned at all at time of booking it online so I refused and asked for refund but he did get it to where I didn't have to pay it but he also made me feel like he was gonna specifically watch me and my room on camera and will try to kick me out over any little thing. He didn't say it but it was a whole vibe I felt after the deposit issue

Reserved rooms for 5 people, when we arrived to check in they told us they did not have the type of rooms I reserved. The rooms they had available could only fit 4 people. I booked this reservation a couples of weeks in advance and it had been confirmed, I also had noted the number of people in each room. The staff did not make an effort to call or e-mail to notify us so that we could make other arrangements. They also offered no help in trying to find a solution. No roll-up beds, no suggestion or call to another hotel in their chain. We were left scrambling to find another room. Not to mention the additional cost of last minute hotel rooms. Overall terrible experience with booking and this hotel.
