Pros:

I liked the price compared to others in the Grand Rapids area, but you get what you pay for.

Cons:

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The whole hotel wreaked of cigarettes, Marijuana and something incredibly rotten all at the same time. Having to pay extra to rent utensils for the provided kitchenette is hilarious especially when even the microwave was broken.

Ashley was nice. Nothing else was good.

Cons:

Nothing else was good. This is the worst place ever. Scam. They Blame booking Booking blames them. I was sold a room thst didn't match. Nothing advertised was true, except the address of where I was going to be scammed.

Pros:

No breakfast. Had to ask for towels and hair dryer. Kitchenete but no dishes, pans, etc. a real bare bones hotel!
