Floors were dirty in room. Not clean.
Good location, good size room and comfortable bed
Our room had not been vaccuumed, did not have towels, and had a very noisy fridge. The floors in common areas of the hotel were also dirty.
Easy access to freeway. Had a small kitchen which was super helpful, and they supplied the utensils we needed. Very clean and updated.
It was whatever they use to clean floors. They were clean, but my shoes felt sticky on it. Mattress was just a lil firm, but better then being to soft. We will stay here again.
Clean
The place there was a room was great. However, the 45 minutes to an hour or more. Weight and to find out I had to go get a prepaid visa card. Just to be able to pay for under 7 days at this place which was not noted on booking.com, then on top of it. It took me at least 2 hours. Just to do that, because I had to load the card and then wait an hour and a 1. Just to make sure the funds were real. And then I got to stay in my my motel room, and by that time, it was only a couple hours that I got to stay. I feel like I should get a free night in that motel like I feel like I got totally ripped off inside swiped, or I just want my money back
The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay.
Housekeeping completely forgot to put up a shower curtain in the bathroom. When my partner and I showered, water got absolutely everywhere on the floor, creating a messy and frustrating inconvenience.
