I cancelled my booking, I did not stay
Pros:

The parking slots were plenty!

Cons:

Firstly, the receptionist/front desk attendant were in no hurry to serve us, she had to finish with laundry first. I did not stay at the facility because I had issues with the cleanliness of the place. At the entrance the place was smelly and smoky, no fresh air. At the reception I asked to first see the room so that I could confirm if it met my expectations but my request was initially denied. When the request was finally requested and went to see the room I was welcomed to the room by cockroach in the bathroom! My conclusion? Bed bugs were waiting for me in bed, they were gonna have a feast that day! Unfortunately for them, and fortunately for me I cancelled the booking.

Flip The Script
Cons:

I chose this place because I travel between Redding Ca. And Portland all the time, and I had stayed before for a few weeks, but due to an emergency I was unable to make it to Oregon for the stay and never checked in.

However, I was shocked to see that they charged me for the stay. So imagine how frustrating it was when I called to push the reservation to another night they wouldn't let me change it.

Pros:

Not much to be honest.

Cons:

The property needs more parking spots. I arrived at midnight. My room was not ready due to the system being down. I got my room an hour later. The front desk staff told me I was getting a discount, which didn’t happen. After I got my room, I walked in and it had an unpleasant smell.
