Pros:

The breakfast was a huge let down. Even though it is grab and go it was sparce, meager, and not worth even calling it a grab and go breakfast. The two items you could grab were bottom of the barrel cheapest brand. The plug in bathroom didn't work. The bed was not comfy. It was lower in quality than we expected so a let down.

Pros:

The overnight staff was horrible the lady was very arrogant I didn't even get to stay she was a nasty woman her customer service was like nothing I ever felt she gave me no information and was very judgemental. I had someone help me carry my bags and she assumed the person was staying with me

I would stay there
Pros:

It was perfect for what we were there for, but the bed was very uncomfortable and I’m still suffering back pains from it, but it was wonderful

THE MERE FACILITY/PHYSICAL PLANT WAS GOOD
Cons:

THE "BREAKFAST" WAS NO BREAKFAST. FOR A NICE FACILITY LIKE THAT ITS BEST NOT TO SERVE WHAT YOU SERVE. BEST YOU DO NOT DO IT AT ALL. IT JUST DOES NOT MATCH THE AMBIENCE. QUITE FRANKLY, IT IS DISRESPECTFUL TO GUEST.

It was not good as expected

Cons:

The attitude of the front desk clerk with the head scarf was disappointing.
She could have been pleasant to greet guests.. But she looked nasty and sounded arrogant

Need to be clean more, need new management asap very disrespectful, not professional at all , I have been going there for years they have never had such a nasty manager like this one , I called trying to get information about my refund, she gets nasty and hang up on me , what kind of leadership is that suppose to be
