i left before breakfast because i needed to be on the tosd by 7:30
the bed was lumpy and hard and my room was hot and stuffy when i arrived
Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience
This was an extremely bad experience from start to finish. We arrived at approximately 1:45 a.m. after traveling from North Carolina. We had called the hotel in advance to let them know that we would be arriving late.
When we arrived, the front desk staff took my card and fully charged me for the room we had reserved—a room with two beds. After I went outside briefly to bring in our luggage, I returned to find out that the staff was telling us that the two-bed room was no longer available. I was then told that the room was supposedly under construction.
I questioned why our reserved room had been given away even though we had called ahead to advise the hotel that we would be arriving late. Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, the staff member became disrespectful and told me that I was being rude. He then stated that he was going to cancel our reservation.
I explained that we were standing there at nearly 2:00 a.m. with a two-year-old child and a nine-year-old child, and that we had already paid for the reservation several days earlier. Rather than helping us, the staff member told us to “get out of the hotel” and threatened to call the police.
We ultimately had no choice but to leave and find another hotel in the middle of the night. Thankfully, Holiday Inn Express accommodated us very well and treated our family with the respect and professionalism we should have received here.
The way we were treated was completely unacceptable. A hotel should understand that families sometimes arrive late after long-distance travel, especially when they have notified the property in advance. Canceling a paid reservation at 1:45 a.m., refusing to accommodate a family with young children, and telling us to leave was incredibly disappointing.
I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was unacceptable.

Everything else
Front desk staff was friendly.
The hallway smelled of musty water. Probably due to the bucket of water sitting in the middle of the hallway under what I would assume was a leak. The room at first seemed okay. Noticed some of the electrical outlets didn't work. Noticably the one by the bed was extremely loose (the whole outlet moved around in the wall when trying to plug a phone charger in, and the outlet was so loose I had to physically turn the plug left and right to finally get a connection. Fire hazard imo). Then both my girlfriend and I woke up very early due to not being able to breathe. Followed by 5 minutes of expelling disgusting messes from our sinuses. Haven't had sinus issues that bad since Canada was on fire. The next morning while taking a shower I noticed that there was water damage around the fan, and the fan itself was COVERED in black crap, possibly mold along with dust and such. Not sure what it was exactly, but gross. Probably part of what was messing with our sinuses. Should have taken a picture in hindsight. The whole day we both had sinus headaches and didn't feel too great. All that on top of paying $140 bucks for 1 night when in the recent past, the hotel next door had 1 bed for 1 night for $70. There were other cleanliness issues like cigarette butts in the window sill, the fridge looking like it went to war, musty water smell in the freezer, and some black sludge under the sink by the trashcan, etc. When booking a hotel room. I expect to not have to worry about negative health effects. We will not be repeat customers. Ever.
Great location, nice staff,
The doors need to be replaced!
nothing quite u hospitable
Elevator was not working mo
notice on their site notifying that was the case

Many things. Our door wouldn't lock on our room. So we left to eat and had to take all of stuff and put in car to keep safe. We reported and they said they would fix. We returned to sleep and it wasn't fixed. Used the security latch to lock door while we slept. The next day they gave us another room on the top floor. I have an injured leg and the elevator was broken so taking the steps every time was tough on me. The hotel was smelly and the last room was on the 3rd floor. Entire floor smelled like marijuana.
It smelled like marijuana throughout the hotel. There was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes while we were waiting to check in. The room wasn't clean under the bed from the previous stay(s).
The price was amazing and the service (Kumar) was outstanding. The room was clean with an adorable kitchenette. Mattress was very comfortable. Excellent location. Perfect price during a holiday weekend.

everyone nice and professional
I loved the cleanliness of the property and the convenience of location to local events and being close to Philadelphia. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. There is an extra level of care in terms of customer service and property maintenance. Would definitely book here again. Great place for just a couple of days or longer if needed. Great kitchenettes and close to grocery stores too. The manager should be proud!

I was happy they had a vacancy, the staff was amazing and the room was nice. The money for it was outrageous though because of the PGA tour going on it was extremely busy but I think it was too much. Other then that I really like it. I tried getting a room over memorial day weekend but it was even way more for two night.
The prices
Everything and everyone! :)

Nothing. Huge waste of money.
Dirty, smelled bad in the room… and had no working tv!
Spacious and nice amenities
Double charged me when extending my stay and walked in on me demanding extension at 11:30am even though I had done that at 12am the night before over the phone.
