El personal es muy amable y atiende a todos los clientes sin hacer diferencias, la comida, la playa y el precio.

Dice todo incluído, pero las atracciones hay que pagarlas aparte, en la discoteca las sillas están reservadas, sólo puedes usarlas si compras bebidas alcohólicas, de lo contrario te toca estar parada por eso no hay ambiente en la discoteca.
Pedí habitación en el primer nivel por Booking y me dijeron que debía llamar directo, gracias al personal de recepción, que entendió, qué andaba con personas muy adultas, pude conseguir una habitación en el primer nivel.

El personal del bufete bien agradable y muy serviciales

Al momento de entregarme la habitacion no tenía electricidad y perdí parte del dia esperando que fuera un técnico a resolver, el cual nunca llegó y tuve que resolver yo mismo la situación y al dia siguiente el hostel se quedo sin electricidad por 3 ocasiones
