Cons:

El ascensor se dañó muchas veces y el lugar de la habitación fue muy alto una 4ta planta .y que los jugos deberían ser más naturales y menos artificiales.

I would define our stay as very pleasant, relaxing, comfortable and simply lovely.
Pros:

I really liked the service provided by the staff. Very attentive and agreeable staff made our stay more pleasant. The food was delicious and the cleanliness of the room was exceptional. The beach was wonderful, very clean, organized and we all enjoyed it a lot. Communication from the staff was very on-point, we needed to make some changes to our reservation and it all was resolved very quick and precise.

El peor resol que he visado y tan caro para tan mal servicio y

Nada los baños muy feos y en malas condiciones televisión atrasada y el control no funcionava la greca de colar el café toda sucia no se podía usar

Muchos mosquito el bufé lo mismo y cosas de no muy buena calidad las copas de tomar agua huelian mal los cuquillo con cosas pegada osea sucio las servilletas aveses la ponían humedad y mal olienta es un aviso lo retirado que está el Snat el barcon sin ninguna seguridad más que que la puerta de cristal

Habitaciones comodas, limpias y en muy buen estado. La comida nada que ver.
Pros:

La habitación estaba muy limpia y arreglada, en muy buen estado.
Me gustó la opción Swim Out, sales al balcon y ahí está la piscina, pero se comparte con 4 habitaciones mas y no hay privacidad, pues 12 habitaciones pueden ver todo lo que haces allí.
Las instalaciones, aunque son antiguas, estan en muy buenas condiciones.

Cons:

La variedad y calidad de la comida, tanto en desayuno, comida o cena, no son los un hotel 4 estrellas.
Las bebidas tampoco son de alta calidad. Por ejemplo: Las coca-colas son de doble litro, por lo que al ser servidas ya no tienen la suficiente efervecencia. Los jugos del desayuno son artificiales, se ven artificiales y saben artificiales.

El WIFI nunca funcionó y en la habitaciones no se recibe buena señal.
