Las atenciones fueron excelentes, el personal, una excelente limpieza la comida riquísima y mucha variedad

Cons:

Lo único que no me gusto fue que las personas encargada de vender membresía nos eligieron para dar una charla sobre una membresía esta bien pero pasamos mucho tiempo perdido porque al final no estaba en nuestro planes

Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht fertig: Eine Stunde späterer Check-In
Zimmertür war anfangs nicht versperrbar: zweimal wurde angekündigt, dass Service kommt um Schloss zu tauschen; erst nach erneuter Reklamation bei Rezeption wurde nach 2 1/2 h endlich das Türschloss getauscht.
Sehr hellhörige (versperrte) Durchgangstür in Nebenraum.
Personal an der Rezeption hat sehr gleichgültig gewirkt und trotz erhöhter Anfragen sehr langsam gearbeitet (30 Minuten Wartezeit für Check-Out)
Der Club ist sehr laut: man wird am Pool ständig mit lauter Musik beschallt.
Die Liegen am Strand sind meist mit Badetüchern reserviert aber keine Leute sind da.

Znamy Dominikane od lat , jest naszym ulubionym Krajem nie tylko na urlop.A tu takie rozczarowanie!

Przez caly pobyt brak cieplej wody do mycia . Barak reakcji ze strony personelu na monit o braku cieplej wody w lazience.
To pierwszy raz spotkalismy sie z takim lekcewazacym traktowaniem w hotelu w Dominikanie.Szkoda!
Uwazam , ze za te niedogodnosci powinismy ( ja i moja zona) dostac jakies zadoscuczynienie ze Waszej strony.
Jestem stalym klientem Panstwa Portalu , korzystam z uslug Portalu prawie co tydzien!

Las toallas eran viejas, cada vez que iba a ducharme la mitad del agua se colaba fuera de la ducha. Lamentablemente nos tocó pasar una tormenta y todo el hotel se inundó, literalmente para ir a cenar el agua nos llegaba a las rodillas, no teníamos paraguas y cuando los solicitamos no nos los proporcionaron porque no tenían disponibles.

Immaculately clean, decent food, good beach with no seaweed.
Pros:

Immaculate cleanliness!! Property is incredibly well kept. Buffet is lackluster, but both Lolita & Amicii restaurants were excellent. Waitstaff were very attentive in all locations. The beach is easily an 8/10 (gold sand, not fluffy white) and no seaweed at all. Playa Dorada “mall” is a 2min walk. Cigars & rum are less than 1/2 the price of the resort.

Cons:

NO BOOZE in pool area bar cocktails….and I mean **zero**. We should’ve been falling-down drunk from the 5-6oz free pours in our tumblers. Bartender conveniently couldn’t understand us when we pointed at the better liquors. I opted for beer after this, but my wife was really disappointed.

All-inclusive my backside…..it was non-stop upsells for Elite club, cigars, romantic dinners, etc. Juan wouldn’t leave us alone even though we declined the Elite membership twice previously — we had to be very direct with him (rude, actually) for him to go away.
