Super cute themes to the cottages but the new owners leave much to be desired. Bad communication.
Pros:

Super convenient location, but this property has new owners. There is no longer a cute, whimsical potions shop or a cat to greet you. In fact, no one greeted us. We waited for 15 minutes until someone came to the lobby after calling the owner twice.

Cons:

Spiders and dust in our room, and we had to scrub the bathtub and clean the jets of the tub before using.

Best stay we've been at
Pros:

Everything about the place was amazing and just like shown in pictures. The style and all the decorations made it feel like we were really in a castle, from walls to floors to even silverware.

Nice & comfy, but just a little small
Pros:

The rm was nice, except it was a little darkiish and floor was a little dirty. Also, you couldn't communicate with the caretakers that well cause they didn't know any English (only thru a translator on phone), they were very nice though. Bed was very comfortable though

Our stay was very relaxing and amazing.
Pros:

We loved it here so much we stayed one more night in a different room from our original stay. Every detail is amazing to look at in the room. The hosts are very friendly and happy to help with anything. We will definitely be returning. This is the place to stay if you like themed rooms. There are also matching costumes.

Such a fun place to kick back and embrace your inner whimsy!
Pros:

This was such a fun stay! We stayed in the “Captain’s Quarters” and it was so cute and wonderfully decorated! It is also so close to everything.

Cons:

It is a little dated, however I think it adds to the whimsy and charm.

I love the Decor, Atmosphere and location, close to downtown shopping nice and secluded. You become a part of a Community at Castlewood, Everybody was really nice 👍🏻

Cons:

COMMUNICATION WAS NOT VERY GOOD, THE PEOPLE COULD NOT SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH, AND USED TRANSLATION DEVICES. OKAY AT FIRST BUT BECAME A STRUGGLE LATER. 👎🏻 The Jacuzzi in the room was not strong at all very weak bubbles

It was a very romantic place to stay and would recommend and we plan to come again.
Pros:

We thought the themed room was super fun and clean. Cooler in fact than we expected. There were a lot of little details that made the room very special.

Cons:

Although management was very nice, he was very pushy for a good review to the point where he disturbed my wife and I relaxing with coffee on the deck to ask us to give a good review.
