Pros:

Ich empfehle es nicht weiter. Die Sauberkeit lässt leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Aus dem Badezimmer kommt ständig ein unangenehmer Kanalgeruch. Es ist überall schmutzig – im Flur, im Aufzug und auch in den anderen Bereichen.

Über das Personal kann ich nichts Negatives sagen, da ich keinen Kontakt mit ihm hatte.

Pros:

The location is good, but it is very hard to find parking and the parking is very expensive.
One stand fan is available for long summer days, which is good.
Good for single people, students etc.

Cons:

There is no breakfast option available.
The lift is very small and two kids' buggies cannot move upwards via the lift.
The hotel fashion is very old and the carpet needs replacing.
They gave us a single bedroom with two single beds, but we wanted a double bed as our one-year-old baby can sleep with us, so we were not comfortable.
There was no balcony in our room
and the kitchen closed very early, at around 9pm. How are we supposed to warm water for baby milk in the late night?

Wir waren sehr zufrieden!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, und das Zimmer war sauber und groß mit Balkon. Für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung. Da es nur ca. 300 m vom Kurfürstendamm entfernt liegt, hat man viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen! Fürs Wochenende gerne wieder.

Cons:

Балконная дверь не закрывалась, кровати старые,матрасы неудобные, подушки очень тонкие, также в номере валялась пустая бутылка. Туалет ужасно шумел и долго смывал воду. В номере воняло мочой. В жару был один старый вентилятор, переставить его не было возможности. Потому что не все розетки работали.
