Bathroom dirty with mould in the ceiling. Pool area tiny, not enough sunbeds and very dirty.

Good location.

Cons:

Rooms were tired. We had mould in the bathroom. Pool area was dirty. Paul was tiny and very dirty like it been cleaned for a long time. Aircon was terrible. We asked for a fan from reception four times and still didn’t get one for the whole two days. We’ve stayed there. I wouldn’t stay again.

Relaxing family holiday
Pros:

Wonderful family stay at 525 Hotel Los Alcázares as a family of 3.
The hotel was spotlessly clean and very welcoming, and the staff were all so helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast was amazing, with a great choice and something for everyone.
A real highlight for myself was the spa — absolutely outstanding! It was the perfect place to relax and unwind and really added something special to our holiday.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend 525 Hotel Los Alcázares to anyone looking for a lovely, relaxing break. We would definitely return! ❤️

Great hotel, highly recommend
Pros:

This hotel is fabulous! Staff are friendly and efficient. The roof top pool, bar and spar area were great. Breakfast very good, rooms large and very comfortable. Even though you are right next to all the bars and restaurants (which was ideal), there was no noise, so no issue sleeping. Just 5 minutes from the beach. We will definitely return.

Great location - great room
Pros:

Great location. We were only there 2 nights but definitely stay there for longer next time. Lovely - we just never had chance to experience it all

Pros:

The staff were very helpful great location for the beach and also near the bars and restaurants

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't great the sausage was like hot dog's the bacon wasn't great and the pouch eggs was cold never use the pool as it was always packed no Room to sit gym was small. Also cancelled my booking to go somewhere else
