Not the experience we wanted
Pros:

Room was very good worth the extra for junior suite

Cons:

The swimming pool was closed for 2days that was 50 percent of our stay not good enough as needed to cool down in summer heat was told by staff to use the jacuzzi but that was warm and no good to cool down also the sun beds could do renewing as were very uncomfortable have stayed at this hotel before with no issues and was expecting the same this time but was very disappointed

Good location on strip close to all bars and clubs

Cons:

The room was not clean there was someone else's dirty underwear on the floor when we arrived. The pool area is very small and there is not many beds available, there is many beds but staff lets people reserve a bed all day even if they are not there. Bar is overpriced

It was great and we would go back.
Pros:

It was a fabulous location. Right in the centre of all the bars and restaurants. Supermarkets and money exchange locations.

The staff were so lovely! They called us taxis when we needed them and they looked after our stuff until we needed to leave the town. We couldn’t check in as soon as we arrived but they let us keep it in storage and use all the facilities.

The cleaners came every day which was a real treat. They were also very sweet and always said hello.

The beds were comfy and we had an interconnecting room which was so useful as we had 2 rooms booked. When we have asked for that in the past at other places we’ve never had it.

The gym was good 👌 and the sauna 👌

The mini bar price was reasonable and didn’t rip us off but the bar at the pool was a bit overpriced.

Cons:

The outside swim pool was disappointingly small but the 2 jacuzzis made up for that. The view from the roof top was great 👍
There’s also no door to the bathroom. So showering isn’t very private but there is a slide door to the toilet.
