Pulizia e cortesia
Nulla in particolare
Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, leider wie so oft in Italien kein Schwarzbrot. Öffi-Anbinding gut.
Location is great - in a quieter, safer part of Rome. Very clean and good breakfast! Most of the staff was friendly & helpful too!
We had a couple staff members - one working at night and the other working in the morning that were pretty abrupt, aggressive and scolding us for silly things.
Great location! We felt safe, away from the craziness of Rome/tourists, but accessible to many things – restaurants, markets, laundry facilities, parks, banks, all within walking distance! And then all of the tourist things – Vatican, Colosseum, etc. were all a short taxi ride away. It has a great outdoor garden area to eat your breakfast and it’s all enclosed. Very pretty and perfect for our grandson to run around as well! It was very clean and the majority of the staff was very kind and helpful.
We honestly don’t have any thing bad to say about the property – it was great! And like I said previously, the majority of the staff was very kind and helpful, however, we did encounter 2 staff members that seemed a little too tightly wound - scolding us like children & physically closing the drawer on me (in the food area) when I was getting a napkin when they weren’t out on the counter…something similar happened at breakfast when we were trying to move some chairs together for our family to sit together…scolded like children and chairs abruptly grabbed from us and put back…thankfully that wasn’t the case with the other staff members.
