A limpeza deixa a desejar. Deixei cair no banheiro um pedacinho de plástico no primeiro dia de hospedagem e ele continuou no chão do banheiro até o 6o dia.
O café da manhã tem uns pães duros, a parte de patisserie é fria e ressecada, não tem variedade de frutas frescas. Tinha abacaxi e melão somente todos os dias. Eventualmente colocavam uma banana ou tangerina.

Sauber und die Lage war sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Ich habe über Booking ein Superior Doppelzimmer gebucht. In der Zimmerbeschreibung stand eindeutig, dass dieses Zimmer einen Balkon hat.

Vor Ort musste ich jedoch feststellen, dass mein Zimmer keinen Balkon hatte. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde mir gesagt, dass sie das bei Booking „nicht einordnen können“.

Das finde ich sehr enttäuschend, da Zimmer ohne Balkon günstiger sind und ich bewusst ein teureres Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht habe.

Die Beschreibung auf Booking war somit irreführend, und es wurde keine Lösung oder Entgegenkommen angeboten.

Aus diesem Grund kann ich diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

As a family we stayed three nighta in a clean and spacious triple room (“Canova”), in a calm and relaxed atmosphere, safe and upscale neighberhood, very helpful and kind staff. We will surely come back again. Thank you.
