All of the staff in this hotel were amazing. They all went above and beyond expectations. So welcoming, kind and accommodating.

Cons:

Im Vergleich zu allen anderen hochwertigen Produkten, passen die beim Frühstück verwendeten Eier, der Klasse 3 (Käfighaltung), nicht zum Konzept eines 4-Sterne Hotels!

Kurzes Anti-Stress Programm
Pros:

Absolut empfehlenswert! Die Lage ist genial zentral. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal – alle waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Morgens gab es ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit reichlich Auswahl. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls top. Hier passt einfach alles, ich komme wieder!

Camera terribile a prezzo esagerato.
Cons:

Camera doppia numero 11 così piccola che il trolley (lato corto: 35 cm) posizionato ai piedi del letto obbligava a scavalcarlo; ai lati del letto, spazi altrettanto ridotti. Bagno cieco piccolissimo: profondità massima di circa un metro; porta scorrevole camera/bagno fuori binario e doccino che non restava su; nessun gancio per appendere a muro asciugamani per il corpo. Scrivania e ventilatore, indicati nella prenotazione e nella descrizione della camera, non presenti (chiaramente la camera era troppo piccola per poterli inserire). L'altro trolley posizionato nell'unico ripiano dell'armadio restava inclinato, in quanto un angolo era occupato dalla cassaforte. Nessuna delle fotografie presenti al momento della prenotazione su booking.com corrispondeva alla stanza che ci è stata assegnata, che veniva indicata da 15 metri quadrati. Tutto questo a oltre 200 euro a notte.

Posizione ideale per spostarsi sulla costa
Pros:

Posizione meravigliosa , nel centro e nel cuore di Fasana. Sopra il porticciolo davanti Brioni.
Tramonti mozzafiato.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Accesso alle stanze non curato e poco pratico. Non adatto a persone con disabilità e anziani.
