The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location also excellent in terms of closeness to the main street and all the restaurants. Staff super-friendly. Will certainly book again.
Loud staff, yelling at each other when guests are sleeping.
Stayed there for 2 nights, couldn’t sleep even one night properly, rooms not sound proof.
Staff were yelling had to wake up at 1 am to check what’s happening around .
La cama muy cómoda. La temperatura de la habitación muy agradable, lo que hace más confortable la estancia sobre todo en estos sitios donde hay bastante humedad. El trato del personal excepcional. Y muy limpio! Hago especial hincapié en este último punto porque quiero destacar el trabajo que realizan las camareras de piso. Muy profesionales y amables!
Por poner una pega diría que se ha quedado un poco anticuado en cuanto a decoración.

Está en un buen sitio cerca de Barcelona, con restaurantes cerca y paseo Marítimo.
No puede ocurrir que tomen una tarjeta de crédito del cliente utilizada para la reserva con las condiciones contratadas de "Pago en Hotel" y se permitan el lujo desde el Hotel en hacer el cargo fuera de la fecha prevista (6 días antes de la entrada) sin el conocimiento y el consentimiento del cliente.
We stayed at Ciudad de Castelldefels for three days during our trip near Barcelona and had a wonderful experience.
When making the reservation, we requested a double bed, and the hotel provided us with a room featuring a huge king-size bed with very comfortable pillows. I slept very well and felt truly rested. The room itself was warm, spacious, and very comfortable.
We also booked breakfast, which was served as a buffet with a wide variety of food. There were so many options that I didn’t even manage to try everything.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, we liked everything about the hotel.
The location is also very convenient — it’s close to the seaside, with a lovely promenade nearby that’s perfect for walks. There are also taxis and buses available nearby, making it easy to get around.
We had a great stay and would happily come back again.
