The Pulse event was truly memorable experience, made special by warm hospitality, delicious food, and exceptional . The entire banquet team Mr Jyoti Prakash,Mr Vinay ,Mr Sundar Raju ,Mr Venkatesh and Mr Nayak showed great coordination, professionalism, and attention to every detail the food was Wonderful, beautifully presented, and enjoyed by everyone The prompt service and welcoming attitude of the team added a spectacular touch to the event

The hospitality, food, accommodation, and overall service were excellent throughout our stay. What truly stood out was the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff. Even with a few last-minute requests—including arranging the photo booth, managing the seating, and assisting with the event hall setup and cleanup—the team handled everything promptly and with a smile, ensuring the event ran seamlessly.

There is an open cupboard for hanging our clothes. It is quite bad if a visitor sees used clothes hanging when they enter the room. I don't like to stay again.

the hotel room beds are good and the food was good but the staff was very rude.
the staff was very rude and they didnt accommodate well as i requested to check in early as i want to visit the temple with family. i asked refund if you dont to issue me the rroms but even for that they want to charge. so i had forcefully take the rooms which are not worthy and good.

I'm expecting more responce from reception to guide their guests and share the info about amenities available to guests at least restaurant details.
