The service provided by Taj Vivanta is truly on par with the best. Regardless of the situation, the team is always helpful, especially the front desk lady, Salma. She listens politely and goes out of her way to assist in any possible manner. Most of the time, I arrive at the hotel early, around 9:30 AM, and Salma ensures I get my room at the earliest opportunity, which is extremely valuable as I visit regularly for business trips. The efficiency and professionalism she demonstrates make my stays much more comfortable. In addition, the food and ambience of the hotel are consistently excellent, creating a welcoming environment that makes me look forward to each visit. I appreciate the consistent attention to detail and the warm hospitality from the entire staff.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Vivanta Vijayawada. The hotel's ambience and the quality of the rooms are excellent, providing a perfect retreat. Its location in the heart of the city makes navigating this rapidly growing capital of Andhra Pradesh incredibly convenient, and the restaurant serves consistently tasty food.

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was awesome.. The chef Gayatri was very good. She shared a lot of recipes with us. Check-in was seamless. The staff went over and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. This was our big family get together and it will be a memorable one.

A very well located place for pilgrimage & business. Surrounded by excellent restaurants & shopping stores.

Excellent stey along breakfast

My recent stay was truly outstanding, and I want to especially recognize manager Joseph along with the wonderful staff members Abhrajit and Neha.
From check in to check out, the service was warm, professional and attentive. Manager Joseph ensured everything was perfectly arranged and made us feel genuinely valued. Abhrajit and Neha to were incredible courteous, always ready to help with smile and went above beyond to make our stay comfortable.
The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing.

I arrived early at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the fresh-up facility provided. Shortly after, the front office receptionist, Salma, assisted us with an early check-in, which was very helpful and much appreciated.
I liked the hotel’s no-plastic policy, which reflects their commitment to sustainability. The breakfast menu was also enjoyable, offering a good variety of options.
On the downside, the stay felt costly compared to the hotel’s current condition. The property clearly needs renovation, as the age and wear are noticeable throughout the premises.
A special mention goes to the staff’s attentiveness—during checkout, I accidentally left behind my luggage. The team promptly helped trace it, and my friend was able to collect it later without any hassle.
Overall: Warm hospitality and eco-friendly practices stand out, but the hotel would benefit greatly from modernization to match the premium pricing
