Fantastic
Pros:

Everything was fantastic. Staff were super helpful and always polite and welcoming. The room was lovely and the housekeeping were on top of everything. Fantastic location, right in the heart of Wakayama, surrounded by little shopping streets ranging from sole owners to a large boutique mall. Plenty of food and convenience stores and a ten minute walk from Wakayama Castle. Easy access to public transport, bus stop outside the hotel which goes to the JR trains and one on the opposite side of the road that goes to the Nankai line. Our daughter is studying at Wakayama university (reason for our visit) and there is a bus stop at the castle that went straight to her accomodation.

Cons:

The breakfast was not great for westerners, there was cereal, yoghurt and a couple of pastries but not much else and it didn't change across the stay. The thing is, there are so many places to eat locally and the food is so cheap we started going out for breakfast each day. Not a reason to not stay here, I just wouldn't book breakfast next time

バス停が目の前にあり、移動には困らない。歩いて行ける距離に飲食店も多くあり、便利

Cons:

朝8:00くらいから客室清掃が始まり、音が結構響くので、遅めのチェックアウトには向かないかも

スタッフOK!!
Pros:

スタッフの方との接点は少なかったですが、丁寧で好印象でした。アメニティセット(髭剃りなど)も使い易かったです。

Cons:

バスルームに髪の毛が2~3本落ちていました。ちょっと残念でした。
