Our stay at Dubrovnik Palace was excellent. Everything was well organized and met our expectations from start to finish.
The hotel is beautifully located, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay.
The breakfast was very good, with a wide and fresh selection that made for a pleasant start to each day.
The staff were polite and professional, always ready to assist when needed, which added to the overall pleasant experience.
Overall, everything was smooth and enjoyable — a very good hotel that we would happily recommend and return to.
Amazing view. The bus in front of the hotel was extremely convenient. Loved the proximity to Lapad and the promenade.

Apsulutno sve! Profesionalnost osoblja na zavidnom nivou. Sve je bilo jako uredno i čisto, hrana izvrsna. Vraćamo se ponovo, definitivno.

The view from the hotel is magnificent and the rooms are spacious with a large balcony so you can enjoy the view from your room as well as from the sunset lounge on the reception level. The rooms were equipped with all that we needed and more. The laundry service was very efficient, the staff are friendly and helpful throughout the hotel and the pool and gym were great. The Old Town is a short bus ride away the hotel - the bus leaves every 30 mins from right outside the hotel so very convenient to be close enough to the hustle and bustle but far away enough to be relaxing. This was our favourite hotel out of our entire trip.

Sve je bilo top. Malo možda ovo strano osoblje se još ne snalazi jer ranije kad smo bili u vašem hotelu nije ih bilo bilo je sve domaće osoblje pa se lakše sporazumijevalo. Al to ne umanjuje utisak o izvrsnoj usluzi koju hotel pruža.
Scenic location, secure parking, easy bus access to Old town Dubrovnik
Food was mediocre. Staff service was poor - late delivery of parts of meals ordered, maid service tried to enter room when we were dressing despite being told to return later. Light bulbs burned out in bathroom. Soaking tubs were too cool.
