Las vistas son espectaculares desde la habitación y desde todas partes del hotel, el personal muy agradable y hay cantidad de personal para ofrecer un buen servicio, escogimos desayuno y cena y la verdad que todos los productos que ofrecen son de calidad y muy bien cocinados.

Cons:

Nos faltó un restaurante para poder comer al mediodía ya que uno que hay no ofrece una buena carta, comimos solo un día de cuatro que estuvimos y no no satisfizo en absoluto y como cerca del hotel no hay nada tuvimos cada mediodía que arreglarnos e ir al centro histórico a comer, un poco inconveniente.
Faltaría un poco más de luz en el baño.

Затишний отель з чудовим видом на море, закат , острови ...
Ретельне прибирання в номері.
Смачні сніданки та тематичні вечері під живу музику.
Розкішне чисте море.
Пляжний сервіс. СПА, масаж.
Зелена охайна територія.
Невеличка проблема в номері була вирішена миттєво та бездоганно . Прямий автобус в Дубровнік поряд з отелем.
Дайвінг центр та гідроцикли на території отеля.
Ще раз дякуємо за турботу під час нашої відпустки!
Можу впевнено рекомендувати отель для спокійного відпочинку високого рівня посеред природи , але поряд зі старим містом Дубровнік.

Schon lange nicht in einem so tollen Hotel übernachtet
Pros:

Die Lage ist ein Traum. Wir waren im 9. Stock und haben direkt auf die 3 kleinen Inseln vor der Halbinsel geblickt. Die Anlage ist fantastisch und sehr gepflegt. Das Buffet reichhaltig und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Der Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende großartig.

Not a 5 star hotel .
Pros:

The indoor pool and spa The location on the sea was beautiful

Cons:

Food in restaurants including the breakfast was poor ! The worst cappuccino ever . Our room was never cleaned properly. Battled with Aircon all the time. We had a suite that is totally different to pictures on Booking.com
The hotel also did not supply bottled water that you expect from 5 star hotel. Overall this is an expensive hotel and just not worth the price we paid

Overpriced and disappointing
Pros:

Beautiful views, but everything else is unfortunately just disappointing.

Underwhelming and not a true 5-star experience

As someone who has stayed at many 5-star hotels, I found this hotel extremely underwhelming. In my opinion, it felt much closer to a 3-star property.

The disappointment started from the moment we arrived. The staff were not welcoming, and the receptionist spent barely 30 seconds explaining how the hotel worked. No one offered to help take our luggage upstairs, which is something I would expect from a hotel claiming to be 5-star.

The property itself felt very outdated and, more importantly, dirty. Our room was dirty from the beginning of our stay, with stains on the carpets and random marks on the walls. Our sheets were not changed even though there were visible stains on them for days. After a windy day, our balcony floor was covered with small particles and debris, and no one cleaned it. The outdoor chairs were also very uncomfortable, so we had to use our own pillows just to sit outside and enjoy the view.

Housekeeping was disappointing throughout our stay. A dirty wine glass was left in the room for the entire visit, and the second glass, which was supposedly taken to be cleaned, was never returned. The Wi-Fi connection was also practically unusable.

The food and nearby dining options were another letdown. There were no genuinely good restaurants nearby except Maslina Tavern, which was not particularly special considering the prices. Some of the Croatian staff there were unfriendly, although I do want to give credit to one Asian staff member who was very kind and welcoming. Her coworkers could learn a lot from her. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was also disappointing and did not meet the standard I would expect from a 5-star hotel.

We stayed in an executive room on the 8th floor, and the view was genuinely beautiful. Unfortunately, even that was overshadowed by the noise. We were woken up several times by loud sounds coming from the restaurant located right next to our room.
