Easy to airport
Pleasant property in the middle of a shopping complex. It was clean, bed was comfortable and for being in/ near a big city it was reasonable.
It was fine once you got used to looking for the hotel in a shopping mall.
The waterside is top notch fun
The internet was not working even when we signed up for the Hilton honors rewards. The TV was also down with zero channels. It would be really nice for the price you pay per night to upgrade to smart tvs so we could have tried signing into our netflix.
The stay over all was mid, for the same price we could have rented a cabin or gone glamping
It was in a quiet part of the city. And it was clean!
I’m pretty sure we were in an accessible room, but the toilet was so low, and had no bars. Normally I wouldn’t care, but I had a bummed foot so it was hard to get up from so low without putting weight on it.
Breakfast was amazing and kids will enjoy the slide pool.
TV placement could have been better and bed sheets were little uncomfortable.
The bed was comfortable.
The noise was horrendous. Whoever was above us was stomping so loudly until 2am and then started again at 5am waking up both our kids. We got very little sleep. I called the front desk multiple times but they would not answer the phone. The pool facility has so many chemicals that it burns your eyes as soon as you walk in, more than any other pool I've been to. Both our kids had severely irritated eyes after swimming there. We had a very difficult time eating breakfast as there were no seats available. Very limited space.

I liked taking the girls to the swimming pool and breakfast was good.
The beds were hard and awful to sleep on.

Generally it was great, except something was damaged in the hot tub by the looks of things and someone’s son cut his foot on a screw that was exposed
The staff was very nice. Cody and Tanya went above and beyond for us!
