Our experience started with our call to secure a room. Jane answered the phone and was really nice, and efficient.
When we started our checkin, Jane was there again with a smile and helpful.
The night was filled with lots of hockey kids. An interesting fact, at 9:40PM, everyone got quiet for the night.
Isshie and Cody did an amazing job for all of the night guests ( including the hockey kids).
Breakfast was easy and efficient. Glenn and Lori were awesome.
Checkout was a breeze.

Beautiful room, clean and spacious. Very friendly staff and great location.
The main goal of my stay was to change the environment and relax, and this hotel was perfect for that. Everything was excellent — comfortable room, pleasant atmosphere, and a very relaxing overall experience. I truly enjoyed my stay and felt refreshed.

The beds were very comfortable
The pool and the hot tub were why I booked this hotel.
The hot tube had urine in it The color was murkey yellow like an unflushed toilet left for a few days.
The pool had dirty residue all on the edges. Someone had clearly written in the residue "clean me".
It's obvious that the pool has been neglected in cleaning for months. And I'm guessing the hot tub had been too.
I'm passing through St.John again next week but I'll be looking elsewhere to stay the night.

The staff are friendly,
approachable and delightful, and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The heat in the room worked. Wifi worked. TV worked. Plug ins worked. Lights worked. Fridge worked. Slept in until 920 so noise was not a concern. Plenty toilet paper and towels :). Loved the pillows.
Bed was too worked in on one side. Temps in the shower could be a little hotter. Blood or some staining on white "clean" towel. Tooth paste on face of bathroom sink Armour. Open package of coffee stir sticks. Phone in room said check out an hour later than true. Pool has a lime scale that someone legit wrote "clean me" in, showing what true color the pool wall should be.
Took my card for the room and would not except my card for $59 deposit but except for 289.00 a night room charge so we were told we can't stay even though had room paid for would not give refunds an would not except a card for Hilton Hotel head off that would have covered the $50

Odour from cooking in hotel kitchen was always in my room every morning
Room clean comfortable breakfast was awesome love the waffles 🤤 the staff are great
The room was amazing, big comfy king side room. I had a dog and it was perfect, down by the side door and staff really liked him and were kind with treats.
The air conditioner was noise but I told the front desk to maybe get someone to look after it.

Loved the mornings with bacon and scrambled eggs. Not crazy about sausage especially the rounds. Most staff was very friendly especially Lucille. Beds were very comfortable.
Very disappointed that my fridge froze my fruit platter and my dill pickles and did not even receive an apology. Also our final night in hot tub was disappointing as the jets did not work and we were just sitting in still water. Disappointed that rooms were not cleaned daily and the work furniture was very dusty on the sides and on top of microwave and refrigerator.
