It was an okay stay
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful the room was spacious and comfortable beds

Cons:

The water pressure was not the greatest, the carpet in the room needs a cleaning, breakfast could be better.

Work on your serving quality breakfast. Everything else was excellent.
Pros:

We enjoyed and had a restful time during the entire stay. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. The hotel was clean and had a good choice of decor.

Cons:

The breakfast can be of better quality. The eggs were bland. The oatmeal was dry. Add bacon to your menu

Pros:

That was hands down the WORST breakfast in my life. The EGGS were dry and rubbery. Quit using the FAKE liquid eggs, and crack them up fresh with butter. No excuse for such bad quality.

See above. EGGS were not for for man or beast.

I had previously stayed at this property as a little staycation for my kids bday. We wanted to do the same this year. I booked the room 3 weeks before their bday. The morning of my reservation the hotel called to inform me that they no longer rent rooms to local residents and they canceled my room. Again, this is the morning of the day I was checking in. Mind you, I called and confirmed everything the week before and nothing was said about canceling my reservation. I love Hampton Inns but this has really put them in a bad light. My kids were so disappointed. Thankfully, another hotel in town was able to accommodate us.
