This hotel was clean, easy to check-in to, in a nice area, and was at a convenient location close to Nashville. Would definitely stay here again.
Very nice clean hotel … friendly front desk staff… well located with lots of amenities close by … the only negative was the ‘continental breakfast’ it was very limited and sub par.

I did not stay because my reservation was for Monday July 28th. When I arrived the rude woman Helenka, told me I did not have a reservation. She said I was a no show the day before.

Front desk needs to be better with customer service. Having conversations with other staff members while helping a customer is rude.

Helenka was friendly and welcoming. The suite was clean,spacious, and up to date. The pool was being renovated but the splash pad at the park minutes away way a plus!
