Mal sabor de boca con tu recepcionista

La recepcionista es una grosera ya que le comenté que había separado y mi comentario fue que solicitaba planta baja y me dijo tengo todo ocupado desde hace 1 mes va a querer o no la reservación me dijo como 3 veces diciéndome que había otros hoteles me quedé callada y le dije mira ya se que hay más hoteles siguió grosera y me dijo usted reservo una habitación 1 cama y le dije recerve para 3 personas otra vez va a querer o no
Y por último feo feo el desayuno no tenían haría para waffles huevo solo y frijoles

mala experiencia. nos habiamos hospedado con anterioridad sin tener alguna queja.

el personal para check in muy amable. sin embargo los otros 3 dias el front desk. te atienden de mal modo.
durante la estancia 4 dias , no nos pudimos conectar al internet. porque el servidor estaba saturado. muchas personas conectadas
la television del cuarto , por lo mismo. tampoco se conecto a la red. y entonces, imaginen. sin internet y sin television.
los 3 dias tuvimos que bajar a recepción, por que la llave se bloquea diario y no podiamos entrar al cuarto
