Everyone is very kind
Nothing
Nice and quiet
Close to the places I needed to go .
Breakfast was different each morning and the pool area is indoors with an heated whirlpool .
Nice, convenient
I called ahead to check if the pool was up and running and good to swim in with my grand kids, I was told yes and it was working, but it was freezing
It was very good. It was fresh and hot and lots of options
maybe another day with bacon
There were lots of breakfast options. The coffee was the best that I have ever had when staying at a hotel chain. The machine that dispensed fresh coffee allowed you to choose strength and type of coffee. It was available 24/7. I also appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel.
The bed was a bit firm. Though the coffee was available 24/7, I was never able to find a light to illuminate the breakfast area where the machine was located. I made a way because I enjoyed the coffee that much!!
Great location
When you enter, the smell wasn't pleasant
This was such a pleasant experience from the minute we book our reservation to the minute we checked out. The staff was so nice and friendly. The room was very clean and the amenities from the towels to the shampoo and soap was so nice. The free breakfast was one of the best I have ever had, and the yogurt machine was such a pleasant surprise. The coffee machine was beyond what you would expect from a free breakfast. I will definitely be staying here on my next visit to Texas.
I have absolutely no complaints.
Pool
Nothing
Easy access to the highway, a restaurant and Walmart.
We found a bedbug as we were getting ready to leave and it completely ruined everything for us.
Very clean and friendly staff
Everything was great
Nothing it was fine
The location of the property was convenient. The King room was large, and it was clean. The complimentary breakfast was much better than other hotels. There was a fresh yogurt machine, as well as the ability to make cappuccinos and lattes.
The hotel is too close to the highway and our room was very loud. Even in the middle of the night cars were whizzing past the hotel at high speeds. To make matters worse, our room was next to the elevator and we were able to hear every ding of the elevator and the very loud conversations between some of the guests. I had to sleep with a pillow over my head to try and muffle the noise. I'm sure if we had a different room, perhaps facing the back of the building, there would have been no issues. If I were to go back, I would specifically ask not to have a room facing the highway.
