Location but noisy lobby and rooms not sound proof
Pros:

Location and being only luxury hotel in BKC.

Cons:

But rooms aren’t noise proof you can hear outside noises and from the floor above too. AC makes noise when off.

Could have been better
Pros:

Location was good and the rooms were comfortable. Only issue with the room is the bad coffee. For a trident at this price range, I’d expect something better than the small packet Nescafé coffee. Real ground coffee and filters would have been more appropriate.

Cons:

We had a problem with the room allotted. It was past a long hall of rooms being renovated/painted. The corridor was smelling very strong of paint fumes. We were surprised that we were given a room on a floor with active painting work. After we raised the issue, the staff immediately moved us to a different room on a different floor and sorted out the issue for us. Offered a complimentary ride to the airport check out and tried their best to make up for the inconvenience.
As for the food - breakfast was excellent. But we were disappointed with the Italian restaurant. The dishes we ordered were not up to the mark of what we expected. The lasagna a bit salty and the eggplant Parmesan was chewy and a bit over fried.

Pros:

The Location was good.

Cons:

Misplaced my parcel
Charged for 1/2 day but gave us only 8 hrs
We were fed to the mosquitos
There was a lot of noise at 9am from adjoining room of housekeeping
Y were there only 2 btls of water ?????
