Wow what an amazing team. We missed our connecting flight from SA. We got to the Trident Kurla early and they allowed us to check i-in early. The duty manager Deepika Kukreja and her team (pPasang Gopaul Samar) were very friendly and welcoming .. taking care of smallest needs whilst traveling especially... Last minute. Deepikaji arranged a car and wonderful chai (we really felt so special). The duty manager Sinibal and Abha the next day further confirmed our next stay with Trident .. by air port transfer arranged... this is what you need on a holiday.. the team takes care of you. This high service standard speaks highly on how a great culture is built...by management creating an ambience that allows you to serve naturally. Well done team until next time thanks
