Good until staff threw away $70 worth of food.

Cons:

Staff threw out over $70 worth of food that was in the room refrigerator. We had not checked out. A sign on the bathroom mirror states they would not come in to do room service unless requested or if stay exceeded 3 days. We stayed one day. GM was supposed to contact me and hasn’t yet.

Cons:

The staff was rude when we checked in. She was in the back for an eternity, and we were left waiting for ages after a long drive. When we finally got to the room, it had a musty smell of mildew or mold. The pull-out bed didn’t have any of the essentials we needed, and we didn’t have enough towels. To top it off, the bed was stained, and the air conditioning didn’t work. It was simply a terrible experience!

The breakfast was good however I’m assuming the staff waiting until it was time for breakfast to start to put the orange juice’s apple juice, juices and grape juices into the refrigerator so we didn’t have any cold drinks. Also, we didn’t have any ice to put inside the cup and pour the juice in so that was like not cool.

I wouldn’t honeymoon here but if you’re tired of driving or need to get away for the weekend this is your spot!
Pros:

I really liked that they have an indoor pool and hot breakfast! I’m not talking the typical waffle maker, juice, and some fruit. They had a full spread! Bacon,eggs,bagels,yogurt,fruit,hash browns/potatos,biscuits,gravy and several other delicious options. Most places shut the breakfast area down at a certain time but they stayed open until everyone was done eating. If you leave this place hungry it’s your own fault 😁

Cons:

I didn’t like that there wasn’t much in the area to do. It’s right off a highway so there’s not much you can walk around and do or see. They also fell a bit short on maintenance. The tv in our room was hanging off the wall like it could fall at any time. The mount was bent so it made the angle difficult to watch and I found some screws in the stairwell where they had worked themselves out causing the rail to be loose. Those are not world ending problems and we only stopped for the night bc we were tired of driving so I still highly recommend staying here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
