Getting on the elevator it was dirty and the floor Matt was filthy. The room floor was dirty and bathroom not cleaned good.

The man that checked us in on Thursday was excellent and helpful; the woman at check out barely acknowledged us

Cons:

Location will suck as long as that Hwy 59 construction is there. Need noise blocking curtains for the side facing the freeway. Our tv didn't work; turns out it wasn't connected to the cable box, but that should be checked when room is cleaned. Breakfast was bare minimum. Hot foods were almost out with 45 minutes left for breakfast (a large high school group probably ate most of it), but they refused to prepare any more food

Cons:

Our room was not clean at all upon arrival. There were tags from new clothes on the floor as we were walking in, partially used bar of soap in the bathtub as well as pubes and fecal matter around the toilet. It looked like whoever cleaned the room was not thorough. My wife requested another room and was told they had no other rooms available nor did anyone come to at least try and clean the bathroom

As expected for a Comfort Suites. Clean orderly efficient and relatively inexpensive.

Overall it was a good stay outside the smell and the pee in our bathroom.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, beds were comfortable. Location was decent for downtown.

Cons:

There was pee in the floor when we got to the room. Lobby smelled like there was a sewage leak.

Great stay, but wished the elevator worked!
Pros:

The hotel was nice and conveniently located. The room(s) was to my liking.

The route for my evening was two turns from where I was staying.

The staff was seemingly nice and accommodating.

Cons:

The hotel was nice and convenient, but the elevator was out and I was on the third floor.

I got to my room and the television doesn't work. I have to walk back down three flights of stairs for a room change.

Also, the hallways could have been a little cleaner.
