We got thru it.

Lobby was nice. Location is really good and staff were friendly.

Cons:

GROSS ROOM! The paint is half peeled off the bath tub, who tried painting the tub?? Carpet and floors had flecks of paint all over. It was loose and could have been vacuumed up but was apparently not vacuumed prior to our stay. Toilet lid very loose. Window glass broken and screen bent like someone tried to exit but I was on 3rd floor so weird.

It was the right location at the right price. The fitness room was surprisingly good.

Cons:

The bathroom was tired and needed a refresh. The mattress was tired and needed to be replaced.

Tubs needs replacing. Flaking off. Which is infection control hazard. Asked twice for phone to be fixed. Never was. Staff acted like they could care less. Large guy at front desk was not located for a long time after kept ringing bell. Hand sanitizers all empty at breakfast area. Frig out of yogurt and no cups. Bed in room-mattress needs replacing. Kept rolling to hole in center.

Not a great place to stay.
Pros:

The beds were downright horrible. Our backs were killing us. The coverlet was shredded. The bathroom was gross. We asked if a room had better beds and they were going to move us but they said the tub was leaking in new room. They did discount stay but we were miserable for our ride home with sore backs.

Cons:

It must have been remodeled but on the cheap. Tub was coated and peeling. The corners were all blackened with mold.

It was a good stay overall, but a disappointment to arrive and be told something worked, but was actually broke.
Pros:

I liked the location and that it had a multitude of stores and eateries around it.

Cons:

I didn’t like that we were told the hot tub and pool were working. Only to show up and find out on our own that the hot tub was in fact not working and was the same temperature as the pool.

Won’t stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine but ran out of eggs.
Good travel through location.

Cons:

The room smelled horrific. Very strong stinky feet and lights were missing bulbs! We had to switch rooms. The next room was better but frankly by then nothing felt clean. Just covered up.

Cons:

Toilet had pink mold. Bath Tub coating is pealing. Bathroom walls need repair and painting. The light shade next to the is askew. After looking at what was offered for breakfast we went elsewhere.

Cons:

Toilet ran non-stop in the room..staff informed 3 times, assured would be fixed, never even came to room. Hair dryer missing, gain staff notified 3 times, assured would bring one, never came, Breakfast bar always ran out of items, not replaced. Never been in accessible room on second floor, had no issues fortunately, but found odd.

Check in was nice. The snack options were pretty good. Breakfast was stocked and had a good selection.

Cons:

The elevator appeared to have been dirty for quite some time. I didn't get in the hot tub because it looked dirty, not sure if it was dirt or just needing painting. The pool water was pleasant. We did notice a dirty washcloth on the shower curtain rod in our room, but overall, the room was clean.
