NOT THE GREATEST!
Pros:

Not the greatest place to stay, especially considering the price we paid. The location is decent since it’s tucked away from heavy traffic, which is one of the few positives.

However, the Wi-Fi did not work in our room. When I inquired about it, I was told they were “having issues” and that “unfortunately there is nothing that can be done, it's been this way for weeks.” After pressing the issue further, I was eventually given login access using a different last name and room number—which worked perfectly fine. It’s frustrating to be told nothing can be done when a solution clearly existed, especially when you’re relying on internet access for work.

The room also had a noticeable mildew/moldy, dusty smell that made the stay less comfortable. Breakfast was another disappointment; it really wasn’t worth it. You’re better off going offsite rather than relying on what they provide.

Lastly, the service overall felt inattentive in every aspect—almost as if the guests didn’t really exist.

Shoutout to the overnight young gentlemen whom seemed very nervous and worrisome about solving the solution, as if it happens to him often with guest complaints.
