La limpieza y ubiucacion del hotel
Lamentablemente mi esposa tuvo que pagar el alojmiento en efectivo ya que la reserva que hice on line no se proceso en el hotel por alguna razon, me gustaria que hicieran algo por mi para que me regresen los $3383.73 pesos que me hicieron con cargo a mi tarjeta de credito, habia reservado 2 habitaciones con 2 camas para 2 adultos y 3 menores; el numero de reserva que cancele on line fue 6844342076, lo raro fue que recibi un correo de Booking.com diciendome que la reserva estaba confirmada.
La ubicación.
Todo estuvo muy bien.
The bed was awful, the sheets were very worn.
The rooms were very clean. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and polite .
The fact that I had to check so soon. I wanted to stay longer😁 But I will definitely be back.
Friendly staff and good location.
The pool area is in desperate need of an upgrade. The tiles were chipping and the chairs were falling apart.
You need a lot of patience to stay here as it takes the water to heat up and there is only 1 elevator.
The bathroom was wasn’t the cleanest and the water pressure was lacking.
Location, easy check in.
One of the queen beds was extremely squeaky. If you barely moved it made a horrible squeaky noise. There is no way the cleaning staff did not know this when they make the bed. We checked in late due to our AC going out, so we just dealt with it.
Was pet friendly and didnt mind that our pet is a German Shepard Dog.
Pool area could have been nicer. Also the staff was very nice, but none of them seemed very knowledgeable of the area when we asked for recommendations on restaurants/shopping.
Unaccommodating. Wife made an online reservation, a day off. Front desk would not change the date, and even claimed no vacancy. After driving 14 hours. Went online and there was a room available! Short argument later and we were headed to our functional, room in disrepair, floor had soft spots in front of window, cracks in the paint, etc. and then the next day we requested to keep the room as we were already in it, and for an unknown reason the rate went up $4.88. and the another $23.00 and $11.00 charges randomly showed up on my bank statement, with no known reason. When we checked out, the front desk refused to give us any kind of receipt, saying to contract the online booking agent(s).
