Un’occasione buonina per visitare orta San Giulio
Pros:

La struttura non era il massimo, a livello di comfort della camera insomma, non tanto bene, mi è piaciuto tantissimo il ristorante la colazione era favolosa!

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che la camera fosse scomoda e poco accogliente.

Pros:

Tutto, anche in considerazione del rapporto qualità prezzo.
La camera, anche se un pochino piccola, era dotata di tutto il necessario, compreso un frigo bar rifornitissimo.
Lo staff ci ha proposto di darci una camera più ampia a livello strada ma abbiamo preferito mantenere quella al primo piano.

Cons:

Non posso dire che ci fosse qualcosa che non andava. La stanza era un pochino piccola ma non mancava nulla.

Soggiorno basato sul relax e scoperta del luogo.
Pros:

Molto accogliente, camera molto calda e pulitissima, addirittura un vassoio infinito di snack gratuito che non è da tutti. Veramente veramente eccezionale.

Basic room in lovely town
Pros:

A basic room and bathroom in a nice old building of this sumptuous lakeside town. Fine for one night.

Cons:

Room a bit cramped with no seating area, up steep stairs. No parking—the paid public parking is 500m away. Convoluted checkin—you first need to drive to a business hotel outside the town centre to pick up the keys.

Good, actually... but the offer is misleading

Clean room, well located in the historical center (via Poli 5). Kettle for coffee and tea, free drinks and snacks in the room. Very good breakfast; however, see below.

Cons:

First of all, there is no “Piccolo hotel Olina” at the address given in the confirmation, via Olina 40. We were not informed of this before arriving there. After clarifying the matter by phone, we were directed to a house in via Poli 5, which we could enter by typing a code on the keypad at the door. Breakfast was included in our reservation, and was available at the Picnic bar on Piazza Motta 34, ca. 200 m from the room, but, again, we were not told in advance. There is no luggage deposit available after check-out; the solution proposed to us, (“hello orta”, via Galli 2) is not safe: the place is open but without anybody there. Corrections of the offer on the platform is expected from ‘booking’.

Für eine Nacht sehr gut geeignet
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unsere drei Zimmer waren insgesamt geräumig, ebenso die Badezimmer. Besonders positiv fanden wir die kostenlosen Getränke im Kühlschrank sowie die bequemen Betten, die für eine angenehme Nacht gesorgt haben. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung, befinden sich jedoch nicht direkt am Hotel – dies war aber wie in der Beschreibung angegeben und daher in Ordnung. Gute Lage.

Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleineren Schwächen, die sich leicht verbessern lassen.

Cons:

Ein Zimmer fiel jedoch etwas ab: Das Badezimmer war deutlich kleiner, es gab keinen Kühlschrank und auf dem Fenstersims befanden sich noch Essensreste der vorherigen Gäste. Hier wäre mehr Sorgfalt bei der Reinigung wünschenswert.
