Hotel Eden

The staff is very attentive. They offer a nice breakfast and have a bar with service by the pool. The renovated rooms are lovely and the location is perfect.

Lovely hotel in the best location! So close to the heart of the town but with lovely grounds and a pool. Fairly basic rooms but perfectly adequate. Good breakfast,although the coffee could be better,. Friendly staff especially Michele,. Very helpful when we had trouble with the tv quickly fixed. Will always be our first choice to stay when we return,and we will!

The hotel is nice enough but it is 3star nothing more ,

When we arrived our floor hadn’t been cleaned the bed sheets had black marks on it but we said to reception and they sorted it out immediately,

You need to ask reception to turn on your AC in the room ,

The bar is very basic and pricey

Breakfast was very basic as well but it filled a hole

The hotel is so handy as it’s basically in the town centre

The hotel is in an excellent location, a couple of minutes from the coach station and the main square and old Sorrento The staff are welcoming and helpful and service couldn't have been better. Our room was modern, clean and had a decent sized bathroom, also very clean. Being an end room we had a large, sunny balcony with a table and two chairs and a wonderful view of Versuvius. The grounds and pool area are beautiful and surprisingly peacefull, with areas to sit in the sun or shade. The continental breakfast had plenty of choice, with some hot food and a good coffee machine and tea (including my favourite Earl Grey). I did have a couple of very minor niggles, an old fashioned hair dryer that had heat but no blow (no good for blow-styling) and one day we were left a very tatty bath mat. Having said that I still feel the hotel deserves 5 stars I and would definately stay here again.

The location is fantastic and everyone one working there where so helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay at the Hotel Eden if I come back to Sorrento.

Fantastic trip for the week at Eden hotel ! , micheal and his family were absolutely amazing very friendly and very attentive, any issues were dealt with right away and they are always on hand if your need anything , the rooms are very nice and what looks like new mattresses are very comfortable! , the breakfast was a varied choice of continental style breakfast and a small choice of hot food but more than enough to keep you going until lunch , with the option of lunch and dinner too at a very reasonable price , couldn’t recommend this place enough , the pool area is very clean and well kept with a decent sized pool and plenty seating and sun loungers , showers and a small changing room too . la ubicacion del hotel es perfecta, cerca del centro y a 3 cuadras de la terminal de micros que te lleva a amalfi y positano.

Great location for fabulous coastal views and quick access to city centre. Ask for Michelo for local food recommendations that wont dissapoint.
