La limpieza, personal de aseo no realizó cambio de sábanas y estuve varios días, no dejaba jabón ni papel higiénico . Dejó un día y después Ya no lo hizo más.

Rentouttava, kaunis ja rauhallinen ympäristö sopii erinomaisesti lepolomalle.
Pros:

Henkilökunta oli todella ammattitaitoinen ja ystävällinen. Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen, hotelli on lähes keskustassa, mutta liikenteen melu ei kuulunut hotellialueelle. Hotellin oma puutarha oli luxusta ja huoneistossa oli upea merinäköala (4.krs). Aamiainen oli ihan hyvä ja se oli monipuolinen. Tarjolla oli mm. hedelmiä, juustoja, leikkeleitä, jugurttia, munakasta, pekonia, paahtoleipää ja makeaa syötävää.

En pitänyt aamiaisen kahviautomaatin kahvista.

Lovely property close to everything.
Pros:

The staff is very attentive. They offer a nice breakfast and have a bar with service by the pool. The renovated rooms are lovely and the location is perfect.

Cons:

We were initially given an older room, very small but they had a cancellation and were able to move us.

Pros:

good breakfast, great location with access to everything in Sorrento, nice and attentive staff.

Cons:

The pool area is not good. The beach is not really as close as you think from reading description.

Perfect position.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in the best location! So close to the heart of the town but with lovely grounds and a pool. Fairly basic rooms but perfectly adequate. Good breakfast,although the coffee could be better,. Friendly staff especially Michele,. Very helpful when we had trouble with the tv quickly fixed. Will always be our first choice to stay when we return,and we will!

It was a pleasure to stay there and we would gladly stay there again
Pros:

It was in a very convenient location.
Enjoyed use of the pool
Breakfasts were very good and more than sufficient.
Staff member Michel was extremely helpful in suggesting places to see, restaurants etc

Cons:

On several occasions air conditioning had been switched off and we had to request the reception to switch it on again

It is what you pay for
Pros:

The hotel is nice enough but it is 3star nothing more ,

When we arrived our floor hadn’t been cleaned the bed sheets had black marks on it but we said to reception and they sorted it out immediately,

You need to ask reception to turn on your AC in the room ,

The bar is very basic and pricey

Breakfast was very basic as well but it filled a hole

The hotel is so handy as it’s basically in the town centre
