It was a safe neighborhood
The oven was dirty. It smoked up the room the first time I used it. There was no dishwasher like the app said was in there.
When we checked in, the staff were unable to locate our reservation for the night. I showed them our email confirmation along with the confirmation number and pin. The staff informed us our reservation had been cancelled but did not give us further detail. Earlier that same week, I added our dog to our reservation, and they were able to locate the reservation and add our dog to it with no issue. With no more rooms available, and the Toledo Marathon the next morning, and every other hotel in the area filled, we were forced to scramble and make reservations elsewhere. No email/call was made to notify us on the cancellation. Dont like to give bad reviews, but would not recommend using this hotel.

Everything. The facility was filthy dirty. I dont think it had been cleaned in weeks. The room was not cleaned and ready for us. The room was full of dirty towels and the floor was dirty
Location was good
Room was very dirty, furniture was in poor condition. There was a lot of dust, cobwebs, and dirt around d the room. Although cleaned the rooms have not been deep cleaned in a long time. Additionally we found condoms left on top of the fridge showing the lack of detail given to cleaning procedures.
Only that they told me they would refund my remaining 3 days though Booking.com
Filfthy place, nothing in the kitchen, no kitchen essentials. Broken bathroom door, could not even close, hotwater took at least five minutes. Smelled horrible. I think the place was housing homeless or very low clientele. We checked in and were given cards to are door. wnen we walked it was a total mess, sheets piled on the one bed and a big oh women who woke up yelling, we high tailed it. Horibble !!!! You should take this place off your list for rentals.

The bathroom ceiling was falling down and the TV didn't have sound the first half of the day. We weren't offered another room
