All you need for a memorable stay in Venice
Pros:

The hotel was absolutely fantastic - very cozy, well situated, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely be coming back!

Soovitan hotel Tizianot, kui mõnusat, hea hinna ja kvaliteedi suhtega kohta Veneetsias peatumiseks!
Pros:

Asukoht Dorsoduros oli väga mõnus. Samas vaikne ja mitte liiga kaugel Piazzale Romast, ca 15 min. jalutada.
Väga meeldis see, et hommikusöögilauas valmistati personaalselt cappuccino ehk kohv oli väga hea ja alati värkse. :)

La posizione in una splendida e tranquilla calle di Dorsoduro. Letto comodo.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo scelto questo hotel perchè vi avevamo gia soggiornato e apprezzato le camere arredate in stile veneziano. Quando viaggiamo preferiamo l'esperienza dell'hotel ai soggiorni in appartamento, che non rientrano nelle nostre preferenze. Siamo arrivati ad ora di pranzo, abbiamo effettuato il check in e ci è stato semplicemente comunicato che la camera non era ancora pronta e sarebbe stata disponibile all'orario previsto delle 15. Solo al nostro rientro ci è stato invece comunicato, da altro addetto, che saremmo stati sistemati, su decisione del Manager, in un appartamento esterno alla struttura. Una decisione presa senza alcun preavviso. Il problema non è stato solo il cambio di sistemazione, quanto il disinteresse mostrato verso le nostre esigenze. Pur avendo espresso immediatamente la nostra contrarietà e chiesto che il manager fosse informato del nostro malcontento, non abbiamo ricevuto alcun riscontro durante il soggiorno, nonostante al check out ci sia stata confermata l'avvenuta comunicazione della nostra lamentela. Altri dettagli hanno confermato la scarsa attenzione al cliente: nella camera prenotata era prevista la presenza del minibar, in appartamento non abbiamo trovato neppure uma bottiglia d'acqua, le tisane non sono state reintegrate dopo l'utilizzo se non dopo espressa richiesta, come i saponi. Infine l'appartamento non era all'altezza delle aspettative, in quanto non arredato in stile veneziano, nè del prezzo pagato, soprattutto per le condizioni del bagno, datato e poco curato: vasca da bagno con tenda in plastica, assenza di soffione e doccino usurato, assenza di appendiasciugamani, scopino wc estremamente logoro.

The location is great, central and quiet. The room is a big, very beautiful room. The bathroom is also big. Very clean and comfortable. They have a 24 hour service desk. The majority of the staff are so amazing ( apart from one). Very happy with the stay.

A long way to the Top … 67 stairs

We were in the apartment 5 floors or 67 steps up. We were traveling with full baggage . Was horrible when there was no elevator. The view was amazing.

Hotel Tiziano provides excellent accommodation and value in Venezia.
Pros:

Hotel Tiziano was an excellent place to stay for our visit to Venice. The room was attractive, very clean and comfortable, and had an excellent private bathroom. The bed was comfortable as well, and all facilities were very clean and well maintained. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, and provided excellent service and assistance throughout our stay. The breakfasts were very good, with a variety of excellent choices. Location was very quiet and convenient, with easy access to the urban (vaporetto) system.

Habitación de lujo!
Pros:

La habitación es tal como en las fotos y hasta mejor. Con su estilo clásico pero no viejo, elegante,
Sofisticado, te sientes durmiendo en el cuarto del rey. El personal es súper amable, pudimos dejar las maletas antes del check in para poder conocer Venecia sin problema. La habitación tiene vista al canal y eso la hace más hermosa.

Cons:

El desayuno no estaba incluido y la oferta en booking decía que si. Es algo retirado de la zona céntrica y con pocas opciones de comida cerca por lo que la plaza más cercana está a unos 900m aproximadamente aunque Venecia es una experiencia brutal caminarla.
