Séjour magique dans un super quartier !
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, belle chambre spacieuse, déco vénitienne pleine de charme, dans un quartier calme et authentique.
Personnel très disponible pour de bons conseils.
L'arrivée en bateau par le terminal Fusina est optimale, l'hôtel n'étant plus qu'à 15mn du débarcadère.

Rien !
J'ai beaucoup aimé l'endroit mais c'est un peu excentré et il ne faut pas avoir peur de marcher, ce qui personnellement ne nous a pas gêné.

Over all Fantastic Stay and realy enjoyed the stay with family.
Pros:

It was comfortable.. though slightly small.

Cons:

Not having enough place or room to put your luggage, when we left the luggage prior to the checkout. it was kept in open and we were not sure whether it is safe or not.

Hotel, w dobrej lokalizacji, ok. 2 km od Placu Św. Marka, ale okolica bardzo przyjemna, a spacer do placu prowadzi przez urokliwe uliczki Wenecji. Za rogiem hotelu znajduje się restauracja z bardzo dobrą pizzą i przystępnymi cenami. Pokój ok, czysto. Miła obsługa. Polecamy

Great stay on the quiet side of Venice!
Pros:

We had a great room with a view of the canal and buildings across the way. The furnishings were lovely - very Venetian! The air conditioning, bed, bath were great. Breakfast was well worth the price. Recommend having them arrange airport transfer.

The hotel location is very close to Pier San Basilica, about 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. You can save money by taking boat, Line 2 paying 9.8 Euro from Ferrovia once you reached Venice Santa Lucia station.

Ruhige Lage abseits des Trubels, Zentrum gut erreichbar
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit schönem Ausblick auf einen Kanal.
Das direkte Umfeld war wunderbar ruhig, nette Lokale waren jedoch nahe gelegen und auch das städtische Nachtleben war zu Fuß erreichbar.
