Awesome hotel with quality and value close to everything! My kids and I really enjoy coming here just to spend the day and swim and walk around for shopping, dining, etc. It’s a great local getaway.
Location and view was amazing. Everything was in walking distance. The room was spacious and very well maintained. The staff was very personal and friendly. Emily at check in was the nicest. She went above and beyond for my wife’s birthday trip. Can’t wait to visit again.
Clean and modern. In the heart of shopping
Air conditioning was too hot. Thermostat not working correctly and air conditioner was unable to cool our small room. Vent fan in the bathroom made clunking noises half the night and wasn’t turned on. Rough nights sleep

The best word to describe this experience was luxurious! We were on a road trip and staying in some pretty rustic cabins along the way and this was a fabulous respite back to civilization! The apartment is beautifully appointed with a private hot tub on the balcony, a huge bathroom a modern kitchen, a luxurious, king-size bed and a washer dryer! I have nothing bad to say about this place or the location!
If you want your reservation cancelled for no reason and cold showers once you finally get that mess sorted out, then this is the place for you!
Everything was new and nice to have a few dishes and silverware. Appreciated the free parking and the great staff at check in. The unit was so well laid out and the towels were fluffy and they provided robes.
My only complaint was the air con unit. It blew very hard all the time, right over the bed, and would never turn off. If you turned the temp up to reduce when the fan would start, it just blew hot air. You couldn’t leave it on air condition, you could only set a temperature. We had to turn it off completely and woke up hot.
Newpark Resort is always our go to place to stay when we visit Park City. The location fits our lifestyle because we can walk or bike around the preserve, or along the many trails. The rooms are comfortable, clean and some have views of the mountains. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. There are also many great restaurants and shops within walking distance to the hotel which makes it a great place to stay.
We absolutely love the rooms. They are gorgeous, clean, and the hot tub on the deck was especially enjoyable. We also greatly appreciated the recognition of our anniversary. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and we are grateful for the kindness and hospitality of this hotel.

We did not realize the bathroom only had a step up tub and not walk in shower. My wife had extreme issues trying to climb over the tub.
We couldn't believe there is no place next to the head of the bed to plug in anything or a night stand on both sides of the bed.
The TV is extremely difficult to use with the remote. Even Julio on your staff told us he thought it was terrible. He also told us there were other room with walk in showers but you guys wanted to charge us another $84 a night to move into them.
The toiletries! Fresh and clean smelling soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and QTips!!! Lifesaver.

Excellent hotel! We loved our stay -from the beautiful room, jacuzzi on the deck, pool and sauna were lovely. Food in park city was top notch. We will be returning.
Excellent resort. Off peak season prices are amazing! Amenities and location are both excellent reasons to stay there.
