Excellent hotel! We loved our stay -from the beautiful room, jacuzzi on the deck, pool and sauna were lovely. Food in park city was top notch. We will be returning.
Excellent resort. Off peak season prices are amazing! Amenities and location are both excellent reasons to stay there.
The room was absolutely amazing! It was an oversized room, exactly as described but exceeded my expectations. We had a room with a fireplace in the living room, full equipped kitchen, patio with our own private hot tub. The bathroom was huge! Had a large soaking tub as well as a stand up shower that could fit 4 people. There are restaurants within walking distance, once you can get to without ever going outside for they do have a sky bridge. The location was perfect. Close to shopping and restaurants, and had a view of the mountains. If visiting the Salt Lake area, I highly recommend staying here. The drive in to Salt Lake was such a beautiful drive.
Nothing.
Kiana is an absolute Rockstar!!!
Awesome hotel with incredible pool and amenities. Tons of great places to eat within walking distance... But where this place shines is the hotel staff team!
I made a little mistake with booking on my end, but there was a young lady at the counter named Kiana who absolutely saved the day! I could not be more grateful to her for making this such a wonderful stay for my family. We will definitely come back to this place many times in the future, and really that's because she made it such a wonderful experience. I Hope the hotel does whatever is needed to keep her around for a long time and I hope she's around when we come back. The townhome was clean with plenty of towels. Plenty of room and beds to sleep a large group comfortably. Pool was very nice and really large so it would be fine even if there were a lot of people there but we pretty much had it to ourselves most the time. And the water temperature was warm and couldn't have been better. TVs in the bedrooms could definitely use an upgrade though (they are a little small for 2026 standards, but nothing horrible)
Located in Kimball Junction, north of Park city Center, this resort was very nice. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and the hot tub on the balcony was great. Free parking and within walking distance to many restaurants.
OMG, really nice room! The fireplace in the room was amazing. So very clean and comfortable. I will make this a regular hotel on my visits. Walking distance to really great restaurants. Easy check-in, and great bed.
I found it very restful and relaxing in that large well-appointed room.
Always a wonderful stay. Clean rooms, great staff, great location. When we want to get away for just a short getaway but can't travel, this is always our go to place
This hotel was in a great location, many shops and restaurants close by and walkable distance. Staff was courteous and professional room was clean. This is a beautiful facility and if you get a chance to be in the area, you would not be disappointed by staying here.
comfortable room
larger room
The location was awesome; everything you might need within walking distance, and close to Park City, while being close to the freeway to get to Salt Lake also.
The personal hot tub on the balcony was great; it says the water is changed between guests, which gave me peace of mind. The bathroom was large and had double sinks and heated floors, which were nice luxurious touches, and there were plenty of soft towels. The bed was comfortable but very tall; I had to climb up onto it, and I am not a short person!
The little kitchenette had everything to make basic food and a good sized refrigerator so I didn’t have to eat out if I didn’t want to, and there were plenty of cooking utensils and dishes, and a little dishwasher.
Overall, it had everything I could possibly need and many extra little touches that made it special!
The fireplace, hot tub, and soaking tub made for an extremely comfortable stay. The in-unit laundry was a pleasant surprise during a road trip as well.
Did not realize the property is located within a shopping center, so our balcony hot tub views were all of retail. We also were woken early by the noise from garbage trucks and Sysco delivery trucks servicing the restaurants below our room.
Location, beautiful miuntain views, Maxwell's restaurant (best food ever!) nearby and comfy bed!
Hot tub was broken but staff quickly remedied
We had an absolutely amazing stay at Newpark Resort in Park City! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. A wonderful woman named Lady went above and beyond to help us — she was friendly, attentive, and made our check-out and overall experience so smooth and enjoyable.
The resort itself is perfect for unwinding. We loved having a full day to just relax and escape from everyday life. The rooms were comfortable, the location convenient, and the atmosphere exactly what we needed. But the highlight? The hot tub is seriously amazing — so relaxing after a day exploring Park City, with beautiful views and the perfect temperature. It was pure bliss.
If you’re looking for a great getaway in Park City, Newpark Resort is the place. Highly recommend! We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Lady and the whole team, for making our stay so special!
Highly recommended – 5/5 stars
We booked forWe booked the place for our anniversary. The staff were friendly, and the pool was at a comfortable temperature, making it enjoyable. However, the bed was terrible—so stiff it felt like sleeping on the floor. My husband gave up trying to sleep in it after the second night and ended up sleeping on the couch, which kind of defeats the purpose of a weekend getaway focused on us relaxing together. The room was oddly arranged and quite small. Watching TV was awkward because it wasn't positioned in front of the bed but off to the side. Plus, we only found one outlet near the bed, which was problematic since we both need to use CPAP machines. We had to go buy an extension cord just to plug in. I’m not sure if this is standard, but from our experience with other bookings, this was the first time we didn’t have outlets available on both sides of the bed. Overall, our stay was a bit of a letdown.
The pool was nice, had a decent size and a very comfortable temperature. The staff was friendly. The scenery was beautiful and there were a lot places to eat within walking distance so the location itself is very central.
The bed was horribly uncomfortable. It felt so stiff it felt like I had slept on the floor, I woke up like 10 times during the night trying to find a way be more comfortable, and woke up feeling very sore and tired. The room was smaller than expected and the TV was on the side of the bed instead of in front so it at an uncontrollable angle. There was only outlet on the side of the bed and we have always had one on each side on other booking so we ended up having to buy an extension cord to plug both our CPAP machines. One small section of the blind was broken which was not a big deal but since they charge for incidentals we felt we need to report it so we wouldn't be blamed. The only thing we could see out our window was our neighbors open window so we kept it closed bacuse it felt awkward.
Hotel was great, atmosphere was great and rooms nice too! Employees were even better. The not Tall but not short Blonde woman whos name started with an E was fantastic! She help sort out my stay while enroute over the phone, then she fixed everything during iur meeting. She is a keeper and you need to pay her more!!
Great family friendly or couples resort! I loved the experience and the staff, it was clean and tidy and the pool and hot tub had an amazing view and atmosphere!
