Comfortable Room In A Commercial Location
Pros:

The fireplace, hot tub, and soaking tub made for an extremely comfortable stay. The in-unit laundry was a pleasant surprise during a road trip as well.

Cons:

Did not realize the property is located within a shopping center, so our balcony hot tub views were all of retail. We also were woken early by the noise from garbage trucks and Sysco delivery trucks servicing the restaurants below our room.

A bit disappointing.
Pros:

The pool was nice, had a decent size and a very comfortable temperature. The staff was friendly. The scenery was beautiful and there were a lot places to eat within walking distance so the location itself is very central.

Cons:

The bed was horribly uncomfortable. It felt so stiff it felt like I had slept on the floor, I woke up like 10 times during the night trying to find a way be more comfortable, and woke up feeling very sore and tired. The room was smaller than expected and the TV was on the side of the bed instead of in front so it at an uncontrollable angle. There was only outlet on the side of the bed and we have always had one on each side on other booking so we ended up having to buy an extension cord to plug both our CPAP machines. One small section of the blind was broken which was not a big deal but since they charge for incidentals we felt we need to report it so we wouldn't be blamed. The only thing we could see out our window was our neighbors open window so we kept it closed bacuse it felt awkward.

Family get away
Pros:

Great family friendly or couples resort! I loved the experience and the staff, it was clean and tidy and the pool and hot tub had an amazing view and atmosphere!

Lindo local com ótima estrutura e próximo de tudo.

Lugar lindo, ótima estrutura, super confortável e próximo a lojas, supermercados e outras comodidades.

Cons:

Um dos quartos não estava aquecendo apropriadamente e o reparo não ficou adequado. Mas nos deram aquecedores portáteis e ficou bom.

Great room, great staff, awesome value!
Pros:

The hotel is excellent. We booked a 1 room suite and it was enormous! The kitchenette was in pristine condition. The full size fridge was wonderful for a small family. The bed was comfortable, the sofa bed was fully made prior to our arrival so we didn’t have to make the bed right before sleeping. The hot tub is wonderful, super hot and has a great view. There was no snow during our stay but I can imagine how much better the view gets when there is.
The place was very very clean. My husband always inspects hotel rooms and he couldn’t find anything dirty.
The bathroom is huge, has its own thermostat, heated floors, a huge bathtub and separate big shower. It was fully stocked with liquid hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, even q tips and makeup removing wipe.
The staff was wonderful. They text you as soon as you check in and you can submit additional requests and questions that way. I asked for extra blankets and they sent them in right away.
The location is very good, next to Smiths and restaurants. We actually had both dinner and breakfast at Bartolos (right across the street) and it was amazing. Very convenient when you’re avoiding moving kids back and forth in the car.
The pool is great, it is heated and a very decent size. It also closes late! At 10pm!
I have absolutely no complaints about this place. It will definitely be our go to for future trips.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like is that check in is SO late, at 4pm. But they did accommodate me a little bit earlier because we got there sooner.

Very enjoyable stay
Pros:

Great stay! Very quiet area at night. Hot tub was nice to use, and the view from at least our western corner room was beautiful! Many good restaurants literally within a short walk.

Walking into the lobby it smelled so nice and then check in was quick the front desk staff was very nice, the room was excellent the hot tub was ready to go bathroom had plenty of space we had a great view.
