Newpark Resort

This resort is amazing. This was our second time staying here and have not been disappointed. The rooms are clean and staff goes above and beyond. I had inquired on a product and it was personally delivered to my room. The resort is surrounded by dining and shopping. The indoor pool was great. I will look forward to our return here.

Very nice place to stay.

Cozy & comfortable, great location, and very easy check-in & out. The heated floor and spacious tub in the bathroom are great features.

My husband and I loved our stay here and were so impressed with the room, view, private hot tub, workers, etc. The robes were our personal favorite 🤗 One of our favorite hotels ever!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights and had an amazing stay. Everything was extremely clean, the staff was very kind and helpful. It was nice that there was a lot of food options near us that were all walkable. Parking lot was right next to hotel and had good amount of space. Would definitely recommend if you’re staying in park city and need a relaxing getaway.

Wonderful bungalow style room. Coffee and a fire going. So relaxing. Only one thing! The fan on the roof is noisy and wears on your ears after awhile. But, loved my short stay.

Loved this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to be of service. The beds were just ok…but that’s to be expected when it’s not your own bed :) we would absolutely stay here again!

Big rooms. Hot tubs awesome

Booked a King Suite for one night at nearly $300. Curtains were falling down, carpet was lifted up, by the bathroom, with pre-cut piece not fitting the open area…tripping hazard!!! The couch was worn horribly around most of the edges and when my husband sat down on the right side… it sounded as if it were cracking and breaking!!! The lamp had tears in the shade! Asked front desk for refund. They initially said they would issue a refund, but then informed us that since we booked it through Expedia, we would need to go through them. Expedia contacted the hotel and they said our stay was non-refundable. Honestly, for nearly $300, we would expect more than this!

Place was nice but room said 62 degrees but was so hot. We had the maintenance come check it out and even he said it was to hot and thought he fixed the problem but still no luck. We have a 8 month old that was miserable during our stay.

The front desk staff was amazing—especially Ivy, who greeted us with the warmest welcome. The room was thoughtfully designed, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were cozy, and every area was clean and well-maintained. A truly pleasant stay

Love it here! We stay every time we come to Utah. It’s affordable, fun atmosphere and the people are great. Will come again!

The Newpark Resort area has a lot of options for shopping and food and it is still close enough to the Junction Commons and other shopping areas. We loved it!

Nice place

The front desk employee who checked me in was perhaps mildly rude, but she could have been having a rough day.

The hotel wasn’t as nice as I expected, based on pictures and reviews. It’s getting a bit dated and the walls are so thin that I could hear literally everything in the room next to mine.

My fireplace wasn’t working properly, and one of the main reasons I booked here was because I wanted to end my day reading by the fireplace. They sent up a maintenance worker, and he got it working a little bit, but said they’d need a new part to fix it and I didn’t want to deal with that hassle about an hour before I planned on going to bed.

The hotel is awesome! A haven in beautiful Park City! Plus it is very convenient if you are on a road trip traveling through. However, the front desk agents deserve the top award! These lovely, hardworking people stood out and went beyond the call of duty. My husband and I will appreciate their kindness and special treatment always.

I’ve said here several times and I have had different rooms each time and always very pleased out how spacious and comfortable the rooms are the whole hotel is very clean and inviting
