Quality Inn & Suites Cincinnati Sharonville

The rooms are badly out of date, especially the bathrooms and the metal platforms the beds sit on, which make a loud noise when you accidentally kick them every 10 minutes. Bathrooms need a complete remodel, and the carpets are dirty.

Outside and lobby were fine, second floor was moldy and disgusting, the rooms were not cleaned in anyway down to the trash still being full from the last guest. Do not recommend in any way shape or form. Not worth the cheap room. To sleep on a dirty hard spring mattress with crap pillows

There was dirty and ripped bedding, a dirty bathtub with dark hairs all over the walls, blood and makeup stains on the towels, dirty floors, no room darkening curtains, right next to loud train tracks, pool was cloudy and almost green so we couldn't use it. Walking throughout the hotel as well as the room you call tell the building definitely needs foundational work as well as leveling of the floors. The elevator needs serviced as well, once elevator lands it will drop even more and sounds scary while running. This hotel's structural integrity as well as overall cleanliness is being neglected. I understand that this is a budget hotel but it is the worst one I have stayed in. I felt disgusting staying there but booked third party and could not change my stay. I wasn't able to upload more photos to show how stained the bedding and towels were.

Breakfast was horrible. The eggs were actually wet, cold & disgusting. Room was badly in need of repair and the repairs that had been made were visible and non-professional. Room was on the 2nd floor and I don't believe there was an elevator. Minimal staff available for help or questions.

The whole place looked very tired.

The indoor pool was not warmed, as mentioned. There is no longer a spa. The breakfast was not well. Low on vending machine snacks.

Nothing really , the breakfast could of been better

The room smelled dank. The bathroom floor was sticky. The tub was stained. It needed cleaning around the bed frame.

The blanket did not smell clean. I think they should be washed after every guest visit. Shower curtain was not as clean as I would like. The bolt locked did not secure in the door. Could not secure the door with the bolt lock.

More eggs and sausage (only 2 sausage in pan and 4 scrambled egg ) any fresh fruit

It seemed to be in an industrial area that was a little run-down.

Decided to clean right outside our room and in room right next door at 11 at night. Very noisy. No coffee tray to make coffee in room. No Kleenex. Could tell did not clean floors in our room
