Hotel located in a great location, near many shopping stores and restaurants.
Pros:

Buffet style breakfast was wonderful. Large gathering area. Quiet atmosphere, rooms were clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was close to alot of stores and restaurants.

Cons:

Swimming pool was out of service. Grandchildren and my children were looking forward to the Swimming pool. Bought Swimming suits and could not use. I wish that Hotel would have notified us, before the trip. No safety bars near BR commodes in room. Commode was very low. Handle bar in shower was not secure. Handle Bar moved when touched. After housekeeping came, room floor was slippery. I did notify front desk.

The staff was friendly and nice, breakfast was good, the facility needs improvement.

Cons:

They didn’t let us know about the pool was closed due to renovation when I booked the room, we came here so my kids can get in the pool. They was very disappointed. WiFi wasn’t working at all, they had to put us in another room because the air conditioner wasn’t working, closed door was broken and it was a hazard for my kids.

Cons:

Had to move rooms after first night. Mattress was so worn out we could feel the springs plus there was something wrong with the linens. Both my husband and I were itching from head to toe. Barely any rest after driving for 10 hours!
Plus the hotel was under construction on the 5th floor, they had relocated us to the 4th floor so had pounding noises starting early in the am. Plus picked this choice of hotel for the swimming pool which was CLOSED!

Pros:

The bagels that were put out were moldy the girl never realized that who was working the breakfast area and she put all the molded bagels out for us to eat disgusting

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that the pool was not open. It’s false advertisement.

Best hotel Ive been to in years! Great people!
Pros:

Staff was the nicest of any hotel Ive been to.... ever. The most polite and professional people ive seen in a decade. What a breath of fresh air. Great for families not wanting to pay a fortune.

Cons:

The only negative i could possibly write about was renovation work being done; I could tell it was happening, but workers or noise never bothered me, and was only done during daylight.

Pros:

Breakfast was decent. Check in gentleman was really nice

Cons:

Check.out lady was very rude. Charged extra . Commode didn't flush right. Ripped blind on window.
