My stay was very pleasant and everything was very clean and nice. I'm about to stay again. Loved it! Location perfect for my event
Bed was comfortable
When we arrived, the clerk was engaged in a verbal altercation with a customer. She did little to de-escalate the situation. When we walked thru the lobby a few minutes later, she was discussing the altercation with another customer. She said to us “I gave y’all great service, right”? We told her we didn’t want to be involved with her issues with another customer. In addition, when we checked out, one of the clerks was playing on her phone and the other at the computer. I stood there for at least 30 seconds before anyone acknowledged me.

Everything. That hotel was the worse I’ve ever stayed in.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but tasty. On my way back will sleep again at the hotel. I liked the location and staff.
Parking lot was full. Need more spots.
Dog friendly
Because I didn’t do the online check in, our reservation was cancelled. No one reached out to tell us, the text about the online check in did not have any warning about the reservation being cancelled if not competed. We were able to rebook once we arrived. The walls, carpet, and elevator were very dirty. The grounds were littered with garbage.
I've stayed here twice now and I've been more than satisfied with this hotel.
One of the bed frames was very squeaky and wasn't bolted down and would slide some.
The location was great and the view of the pond out back added a wonderful view from the 3rd floor.
We a noise in the walls of entire stay. Not sure what that was but it was noticeable constantly throughout our stay.
Location was great, comfortable room, decent breakfast and good value.
The room had an unusual smell, almost like mildew.
Clean and they cared for the wildlife around the property
I loved everything except service coming in to the room while we were away. I think they should provide door tags to choose service or not.
Air conditioning was poor, no elevator and I was on the third third floor. The first room they gave us had a lot of water on the floor from the air conditioning unit.
For what I experienced in a poorly taken care of building I paid to much.
