Geen vier sterren waardig, mischien 2,5 a 3 sterren. Verouderd slecht onderhouden,kleine badkamer vast tapijt in de kamer vies,muren en deuren tonen gebrek aan onderhouh,terras smerig.om de zee te zien moest je totaal over het terras buigen.wij zijn dan ook een dag vroeger vertrokken.helemaal niet prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Excellente situation. Personnel très serviable, parking souterrain.
Bémols: pas de distributeur de café dans le hall lorsqu’on ne souhaite pas prendre de petite déjeuner. Rien d’ouvert aux environs avant 7:30 pas de dosettes de lait dans la chambre , uniquement 2 verres en carton.
Ascenseur sans climatisation et très lent.

Last year i stayed at mercure in São Paulo Brazil and not sure if it’s the same company. So when i booked my staying in frejus at the mercure, i was expecting a great place to stay .
Unfortunately it wasn’t the case . The aísles to the rooms smells of old mold. The rooms are ok . Air conditioner struggles to keep up . Service is mediocre . And they forgot to clean the room on Sunday . She left early and skipped my room .
For $200 per night with an ocean view , was not worth it.

Pros:

Rooms were not ready at the time promised, several guests were waiting. Pool rules were ridiculous, only tight trunks/speedos, no Coca Cola zero allowed etc. No cleaning one day and no towels the next

Vergane glorie hotel dat overgenomen is door Mercure maar nog lang niet de uitstraling heeft dat bij een Mercure hoort. Wij hadden geen handdoeken op de kamer die we zelf moesten halen bij de receptie. Een van de twee liften werkte niet waardoor je er erg lang over deed om uit het hotel te komen of om je kamer te komen. Een zeer krappe parkeergarage waar je moeilijk in kan manouvreren om te parkeren. Kortom: hier is wat werk aan de winkel.
