Front desk valet and security personnel were all so kind

Pillows too soft
Gorgeous finishes! Beautiful clean spacious room. I was on the 3rd floor and everything smelled fresh including the hallway - no odors, bleach or scents. The staff was kind and accommodating at all times.
No 24 hr coffee pots. You have to make your own in room or go to restaurant downstairs.
Myles was the most helpful individual in the whole of Montgomery. My Sister was needing his help and he took time out took her belongings and her up to her room. Then we met his manager Dante who was just as nice. The best service and out of their way.
Location. While trained staff at the front desk and the restaurant. Exceptional valet service. Special thank you to Nick for his professionalism and kindness.

Everything was perfect
My stay at the Renaissance was fantastic! The hotel is great and the staff was so friendly! Especially Myles, he was always there at the door to greet me as I came and went. Always greeted with a smile and a warm hello! Always asked if I had a good day and time out in Montgomery or how my stay has been so far! He provides top tier service!
Room was beautiful and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and nice.
Getting from the parking garage to the room was a little confusing and required changing elevators. Also, we weren’t told to use our time key to leave parking garage, so we paid with a credit card, we were told that the first night’s parking fee would be credited back, so I’ll check to be sure it was. Otherwise everything as fine
Received excellent customer service. Semajion started with a smile and put our suitcases on a cart to escort us to our room. Everyone had wonderful hospitality!
Marvin the manager and his team of the parking and door staff were very professional and courteous. They made our stay enjoyable each and everytime we exited and returned to the building. I will definitely stay again.

Great hotel! Great, great service. Everyone has been the absolute best, but especially Haydyn. He made sure all my luggage got to my room safely and even made sure I had ice. Especially nice when you are disabled.
