Checking in was great! Room was very clean and nice. The bathroom was very clean too.

The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. They also have a K-Cup coffee maker in the room.

I enjoyed three days here on a business trip that I turned into a tour of riverfront activities. The service is impeccable with BRITANIA at front desk and excellent housekeeping by NIUWE, APRIL and CAROLINE
Excellent care in the lounge by SANDY.
The hotel offers a great brunch on first floor with local sausage, crisp bacon, omelette station and Waffle station. Great fresh fruit and juices, yogurts, and breads and pastries.
The lounge offers a smaller version for BonVoy platinum members
My room was a double queen with sitting area, 2 TVs, refrigerator, in room safe, coffee and tea in room, soft pillows
With bathroom that offers walkin shower and separate bathtub, and amenities
The view from my room overlooked the riverfront and included music on Sunday evening.
Accessible venue with accessible restrooms for men and women with dedicated stall that has 2 grab bars and 4ftx5 ft space
Van accessible valet Parking for charge. Street parking paid by app.
The front doors to the hotel are very heavy and the elevator button on first floor is a visual challenge.

This was an amazing stay! From the front desk, to the barista/bar tender in the restaurant, to house keeping...everyone was amazing. A special thanks to Cam for REPEATED exceptional valet service. He went above and beyond. I cannot forget to thank Rod who helped us today on our way out! The hotel is nice, but the customer service sets it apart from the rest!

Everything was done in the spirit of excellence. Starting with stellar customer service by Camri who provided parking and key information for valet code needed to expedite the service. Camri assisted with my luggage and getting ice for the room!!Last day stay, Rod was very helpful with getting luggage down from my room and getting my vehicle. It was also good to interact with Camri on my last day. Thus Camri & Rod were the highlight of my stay with outstanding service provided.

My experience was great , I would definitely recommend family and friends. The Vallet Driver Rod was great he showed great customer service. I will definitely be staying again .

Only thing I didn’t like is there wasn’t any breakfast. We paid close to $300 for one night and didn’t get any breakfast.

Great hotel with helpful, cheerful staff. Super clean, good bed, lots of drinking and dining options on site and within two blocks, washer/dryer in the building, parking garage attached. EV charging station across the street. Everything we came to see was within walking distance. Will definitely stay here when we return to Montgomery.
